Very good service from the reception, they will assist when you have any reasonable requests. I would like to compliment to 欣欣, she is very polite and responsive, she even help me to liaise with the delivery guy as I had ordered some parcel online but I could not make calls to the person. I also got upgraded room as well from no window to window. I had my pleasant stay here, the room size is just nice and all the facilities is in good condition. Thank you hotel hao and I will choose here again for my stay in Hangzhou for my future stay with their good services and good location, just 5 minutes walk to 南宋御街 & metro dingan road exit D.

Like here so much can stay inside wuzhen. I got a very nice owner, their homestay is Number 17. Owner is very friendly and their breakfast and any foods is delicious. Owner had gave me a free ice cream during my check in. If you finding homestay meals you can visit Number 19 & 20 too, they had very nice owner and nice foods too.

It was really good and I had a perfect stay, I took breakfast as well, very convenient and close to the subway. You can literally go anything from here. From Factories to site seeing. Rooms are 100% clean as well.

One of a handful of international brands in Yiwu, second best after the Shangri-la. Rooms are quite huge. You can use the pool and gym at the hotel, even staying at the Residence. You can have breakfast at the Residence side, and not the main restaurant at the hotel. Choices are definitely limited compared to the hotel restaurant. Everything is passable, with the exception of an awfully rude pool attendant who reprimanded me with spiteful words for taking an innocent picture of the empty hallway. It's not like I was taking pictures of the pool filled with other swimmers. He should be fired for even speaking to a guest that way. No awareness that he is in the hospitality sector and is representing the Marriott group.

It’s perfect for travelers in transit or those heading into the city, as the metro station is easily accessible from the airport itself. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making snacks and essentials easy to grab anytime, and just a short walk away are various restaurants around the airport. The room was impressively spacious and well-designed, featuring a large, soft bed, modern amenities, and a clean, smoke-free environment. The atmosphere was peaceful, offering a relaxing stay with large windows providing great views of the airport. The bathroom was spacious and elegantly designed. Although I didn’t get to try the breakfast due to a short layover, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again—convenience, comfort, and quality all in one place. Superb location next to Wulin street. Many places to eat. Slightly hard to get taxi into the front of the hotel as the pavement is jam with cars and pedestrian and it’s a dead end. Room is decent and sufficient for 2 pax.

The hotel located in the fresh market area, Walkable distance to Wuma street about 400 m. The room is perfect, so new and comfortable bed to made us wake up at 11AM , Everything in the room is smart use and smart toilet, nice shower, hood massage chair and excellent friendly staff service and impress us a lot. There is plenty of snacks , purple potato, ice cream and bottle water to take - free in the common room and the front. Plenty choice of breakfast

Excellent 8-Night Stay – Great Location and Service We stayed at Shangri-La Yiwu for 8 nights, coming from Romania, and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing after long days of work. The location is ideal — just a short drive from the Yiwu International Trade Center, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service throughout our stay was consistently professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yiwu, especially for business purposes.

It was pretty! The stuff was pleasant. I'm a foreigner and don't speak chinese they were so kind and communicable. As for the room, there were everything needing stuff for self treatment so I'm really like it. Thank you! (^-^)
