Had a great experience! The front desk staff who checked us in was incredibly patient and polite. They even took the time to show us a shortcut down to Shilin Night Market on a map, which was really helpful. Room service was fantastic – we asked for extra water and it was delivered to our room very quickly, along with a warm greeting. The only minor downside was that our room faced the back hill, and there was some construction going on below. Opening the balcony door during construction was quite noisy, but once we closed it, we could barely hear anything, so the soundproofing was excellent.

Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately.

The hotel is great. It's well-located, just a few minutes' walk from the Ximen Minquan Road bus stop and a bike-sharing station. In less than ten minutes, you can reach the bustling food district of Guohua Street Section 3, and Shennong Street is also nearby. It's not far from Hayashi Department Store and Chihkan Tower, about a ten-minute bike ride away. The room is a good size, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Bath towels, hand towels, and disposable slippers are provided. There are two bottles of mineral water daily, along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Strategic location near taiwan railway station and city centre. Room setup is good just furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast provided at level 2. Easy for shopping n food dinning as just next to shopping mall.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. The room view was superb. Waking up to it each morning honestly set the tone for the day. The bed was comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. We slept well throughout the stay. The location is another big plus. It is convenient, easy to get around, and close to key amenities, which is especially helpful when travelling with family. Overall, this hotel ticks all the right boxes. Comfortable, well located, and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for a pleasant and hassle free stay.

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who directed us to park in the underground garage. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and spacious enough. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to Chiayi’s main sights, although there isn’t much to do immediately around the hotel itself.

There were many hotels at Chaofu road because I wanted to stay somewhere near the shopping malls like ShinKong Mitsushita and The Lin would be the best option. I highly recommend this hotel because breakfast has a good spread, the team was excellent, helpful and they tried their best in their every way! Thank you especially to Donny; Amber and the team at front desk; they’re are all heaven sent! The room I’ve stayed at was luxurious!! Everything was memorable for me♥️🙏🏻✨ Thank you The Lin!! Had a great stay at Hotel Grand Banyan Tainan. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of local and international choices. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located in Kenting's Little Bay, just across the road from Little Bay Beach, and the bus stop is also very close by. The hotel's breakfast spread is fantastic, and the seafood buffet for dinner offers great value for money. The best part is that the restaurant has a window overlooking the ocean (Picture 1), adding a wonderful ambiance to dinner. The hotel's garden is a lovely spot to relax (Picture 2). The swimming pool in the garden was under maintenance, so to compensate guests, the hotel organized some fun activities, like a night crab-hunting trip on the beach. We scared all the crabs away, and only a bunch of hermit crabs (Picture 3) stayed to play with us! ☺️

As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the high-quality service. The entire lobby is very comfortable with a light fragrance. The check-in procedure was fast and we checked in early, so we could let our children go to the room and rest early. Every detail and facility in the room and hotel was perfect, and the whole family slept very well. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
