Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel. Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was. The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge. The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

you get what you pay for! There’s a reason why it’s expensive! I have stayed in many super five-star hotels in Shanghai! Bulgari is indeed the best here! Details matter! Bulgari reflects it! First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate! After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names... The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home! Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique! The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits! In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful! Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!
Shanghai Mia Hotel (Shaanxi South Road)

Hengshan Road Area
Enjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

Jing'an District/West Nanjing Road
Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.
Elegant Hotel Shanghai Bund

The North Bund Area
The rooms are spacious but need better cleaning and soundproofing. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was quite disruptive. The design of the open-concept toilet is problematic; the drain system causes unpleasant odors, and the water basin is too close to the bed. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Ms. Wang Lou, the duty manager, who was exceptionally efficient and polite, promptly resolving all our concerns. With improvements in cleanliness and soundproofing, this hotel has the potential to offer an excellent experience for its guests.

Chongming Island, Changxing Island, Hengsha Island
Hotel offers huge space - u can walk here like in a bug park/forest! Delicious buffet dinner 👍 Among downsides - no walking pathes, you have to walk on the roads with the cars driving. Only near the lake and in the forest there is one path for pedestrians only. Not convenient with a child. Also, if they had an outdoor swimming pool wouldn't have been perfect.
DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao

Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center
I had a good stay here and the room was quite nice. The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center
The hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there. The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided. I had a nice stay, will be back soon.
Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World

People's Square Area
Excellent location, we asked for a higher room and got it. The junior suite is looking old but it is clean and we slept well. Nice bathroom. We could smell cigarette in the hallways on several occasions although it is supposed to be non smoking. No coffee in the room and a couple of teabags well hidden. Breakfast not included in the room but too expensive to get at the hotel. Nice view from the room and 2 minutes away from metro station and from pedestrian street
