"An old-school upscale hotel, and I was genuinely delighted from check-in at the front desk to happily checking out. The hotel's surroundings are excellent, with convenient transportation. It's a five-minute walk to the Ningxia Museum, and an eight-minute walk or three-minute bike ride to many creative shops (like Qimanfu and Liu Sanduo). Getting to Ziqiang Alley takes about 20 minutes by bike. The breakfast was also incredibly varied, clean, and delicious. The rooms are spacious with good soundproofing and even include children's slippers and toiletries. The rigor and pursuit of excellence typical of German enterprises are perfectly showcased here. I will definitely choose Kempinski again next time. Finally, regarding some previous reviews mentioning that the hotel facilities aren't very new: this hotel is 16 years old, and its upkeep and maintenance are truly outstanding."

"This truly lives up to its reputation as Yinchuan's best five-star hotel. First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable. Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied. Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city."

"They provided a welcome gift for our child upon check-in: small slippers, a toothbrush, a towel, and hand cream. Our child was absolutely thrilled! The room was also very large and spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and even a double vanity sink, which was fantastic! 👍🏻 Great value for money. "I booked this hotel room based on the reviews provided by past customers on trip. com website. I fully agree with the 10/10 score given by other guests because this hotel is strategically located in the center of the ancient part of Yinchuan city. It is easy to travel around and to the outskirts of Yinchuan from the hotel by public buses. The hotel staff are always ready to assist us and respond immediately to our requests and needs. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. If I have the chance to visit Yinchuan again, I will choose Shen Hua hotel (Gulou branch) again. Highly recommended."

The price is about 200 yuan, the room is about 30 square meters, there is a separate desk, separate bathroom, smart toilet. The location of the hotel is also good, but there is no entertainment nearby at night. After 11 o'clock, all the stores in this neighborhood are basically closed. You can take a taxi to other places. "This self-guided desert tour is absolutely amazing! The desert scenery is majestic and magnificent, and the afterglow of the setting sun shines on the golden sand dunes, as beautiful as a painting. The campsite facilities are complete and the staff are warm and caring. The food is diverse, the roasted whole lamb is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the aroma is overflowing. Camel riding, sand boarding and other activities are super exciting. Moreover, the self-guided itinerary is free and allows you to deeply experience the charm of the desert. "The Mars Cabin was incredibly comfortable and clean, with a full range of children's amenities, making it perfect for families. The hotel's personalized service was excellent. My child was just over 1.2 meters tall, but the hotel didn't charge extra. There were plenty of activities, so we never got bored. A special thanks to our butler, Xiao Zhao, who basically responded to our WeChat messages instantly. Whenever we needed a shuttle, he'd arrange it within 5 minutes. When I was leaving the hotel, my car accidentally got stuck in a sand pit. Under the scorching midday sun, Butler Xiao Zhao spent over an hour tirelessly helping me – putting down planks, shoveling sand, pushing the car, and finally coordinating the hotel's tow truck, even though my rental car didn't even have a tow hook (a note to Shenzhou Car Rental: provide cars with tow hooks!). He finally got my car out."
