Londoner Grand welcomes guests into the exclusive world of British luxury living. Inspired by London’s prestigious Mayfair district, it provides the modern traveller with an exceptionally grand and personal stay. Designed by renowned Peter Silling & Associates, the 2,405-key property features a reinterpreted British design aesthetic, evoking Georgian architecture grandeur with playful expressiveness that emphasises proportion and natural light. Its curated collection of rooms and suites are perfect for entertaining and relaxing, with contemporary furnishings and an elegant townhouse ambience. Complemented by our outstanding guest experience team, the A Team. For wellness there are swimming pools, a 24-hour gym and pampering spa. Enticing dining includes The Conservatory. Guests can also enjoy 150 global retailers and world-class entertainment venues. The possibilities are endless at Londoner Grand.

"The location is fantastic, perfect for photos day and night, and super convenient for visiting The Parisian and The Venetian. The room has a unique British-inspired design, which is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is that the reading light directly above the bed is too bright and dazzling. There's complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and the teacups also have a lovely British feel. If you want housekeeping during your stay, it's quite slow; we had to ask twice before they came. There aren't many taxis outside the hotel during weekdays, but you might find more on weekends. Dining options at The Londoner aren't as extensive as at The Galaxy, and it's not overly crowded."

"I have stayed at the Macau Legend Palace Hotel many times, and each visit has left me with a deeply positive impression of both the overall living environment and the hotel's comprehensive service standards. The front desk staff's service particularly stands out. They are thoughtful and warm towards guests, always smiling, humble, and sincere. Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The hotel tower's 1350 guestrooms offer opulent relaxation with a breath-taking view of Cotai or the resort's Jardim Secreto. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.

"I'd call Grand Lisboa Palace the best hotel in Macau. I've stayed at more expensive places like Wynn, Galaxy, and St. Regis, but none of them compare. They're genuinely dedicated to hospitality and service, not just relying on high rollers for room revenue. This hotel is perfect for those simply looking for a leisure trip. From the moment you arrive, all the staff are incredibly warm and eager to help with any issue immediately. The facilities are luxurious; the indoor pool is stunning, and while the outdoor pool is a bit small, it's great for kids to just splash around. The hotel is massive with over a thousand rooms, but the signage is clear and the layout is well-designed, so you won't get lost. I found the soundproofing excellent, and the air conditioning wasn't loud at all – many older hotels in Macau have noisy AC units. The rooms are very new and smart, even with electric curtains, though mine seemed to malfunction. The location is great for shopping. A taxi to the Venetian costs around 30 MOP, and Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is the breakfast; it's quite ordinary with nothing special, not very varied, and the freshness could be improved."

Altira Macau is a contemporary luxurious hotel offering highly personalized and tailored customer service catering primarily to the high-end Asian-oriented market. Altira Macau features a 38-storey tower including approximately 183,000 square feet of dazzling multi-level casino as well as exclusive private gaming salons. The complex also features a contemporary Forbes Five Star rating hotel with spacious guestrooms, including luxurious suites and elegant villas, signature restaurants including Ying, Aurora and Tenmasa, the stylish 38 Lounge and the award-winning Altira Spa.

"Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!"

GGuest UserVery good hotel, but the staff attitude at the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. The girl who prepares the juice had a really bad attitude. I simply asked for a drink, and she seemed very unwilling to serve me. She even glared at me. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, but this staff do not meet that standard! Her attitude was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

SShushangchangaiqingEnvironment: The hotel environment is quite good, clean and tidy! Minibar free snacks and complimentary drinks: The snacks were abundant, and there were 4 glass bottles of water, but the water didn't taste particularly fresh or sweet. Service: The service was good. However, after check-in, they called to say I hadn't signed something and asked me to sign it. Since I had my child with me, it was a bit inconvenient, so I asked them to come up to our room to get the signature. Facilities: The bathtub couldn't switch to the shower head function, which was very odd. They said someone would come up to fix it, but because my child had already showered in the walk-in shower and it was time to put them to bed, I didn't let them come up to repair it. I'm not sure if the bathroom has an extractor fan; I couldn't find the switch.

PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.

SShixiazhiya⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is unbeatable, but the breakfast seriously needs improvement. Staying at the Victoria Hotel Macau this time, the location really couldn't be better. It's right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's and all the major casinos. There's a bus stop right downstairs, so getting around is hassle-free. The room is typically 'Macanese' – not huge, but spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent, making it perfectly adequate for a layover. However, I really have to complain about the breakfast; the experience was quite poor. The restaurant seating was very cramped, and when it got busy, it felt chaotic. The food selection was very limited, and the hot dishes basically never changed. The taste was also quite ordinary, even a bit perfunctory, definitely inferior to hotels in the same price range. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but definitely don't have high expectations for breakfast. If your booking doesn't include breakfast, I recommend heading to a nearby tea restaurant instead; the food there will be much better! 🥲

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

GGuest UserThe room was bright, tidy, and clean, with ample space. The toilet and shower were separate, which was well-organized. There was plenty of complimentary drinking water and enough towels in the shower. The view from the room was beautiful, with a stunning lake and city skyline complementing each other. You could also see the light rail trains passing by, creating a dynamic scene! The only downside is the lack of dining and shopping options near the hotel. However, you can walk 10 minutes to the nearby Jockey Club station, or take the hotel's free shuttle bus to Taipa Village or downtown Macau Peninsula for food, drinks, and entertainment.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.
