We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

The hotel is located right next to the north end of Pingjiang Road, less than 10 minutes walk to the Humble Governor's garden. It's on a bustling street, but once you get in, you don't really hear the noise. It's had to beat the location, unless you prefer to stay in a somewhat quiet area. The manager is very friendly and made me feel welcomed. While I requested a non-smoking room, the first room they gave me had a lingering smell of cigarette - probably from the outside, because all the rooms seem to be non-smoking. I asked for a room change, and he responded immediately without hesitation. The room was basically clean and comfortable. I could see the old roof of the neighbouring buildings, which was an interesting view. Because the rooms are housed in an old building, the facility is not cutting-edge quality: for example, the water pressure is weak, and the air from the A/C had some smell. All in all, the value was good for the price with the substantial discount I had this time through Trip.com.

Exceeded my expectations! This time, I stayed in Building 18, and it truly lives up to its reputation as Yangzhou Xiyuan Hotel. I'll definitely be back to try Building 8 next time, or perhaps the newly opened villa area which I've heard good things about. **Environment:** The hotel boasts top-notch scenery within its grounds, making walks very enjoyable. I heard some rooms in Building 18 face the road and a currently under-renovation area, but my room this time had a pretty good view. **Facilities:** The room was well-equipped with premium brands, and everything was well-maintained. It would be even better if there was a bathtub, as I don't necessarily want to go to the complimentary hot springs. The restaurant quality was also excellent. **Service:** Very attentive! They offer 24-hour shuttle service within the grounds. The welcome fruit was of good quality, and they even provided local yogurt. There are also some activities organized by Xiyuan Hotel that you can book and experience, which was a nice touch. **Hygiene:** No issues at all. Even the public restrooms in the lobby were very clean.

The entire room was meticulously cleaned and spotless, with no lingering cooking or smoke odors, and the air was very fresh. The large screen for streaming worked flawlessly, making it a great experience for catching up on shows in my free time. The room attendant was kind and thoughtful, and we could store our luggage for free both before and after check-in. The hotel is located in the heart of Xinjiekou, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. For the price, the value for money is outstanding – for just over a hundred yuan, it felt like a several-hundred-yuan stay. Next time I'm in Nanjing, this will be my top choice for accommodation!

Upon arrival, the staff helped us with our luggage, and after check-in, our bags were delivered directly to our room free of charge. Such thoughtful service made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast mainly consists of Chinese-style dishes, with Suzhou-style noodles being a special highlight. My favorite part of the stay was the complimentary Hanfu experience! There were many beautiful outfits to choose from, and each set could be worn for up to two hours. Guests are even allowed to wear them outside for sightseeing and photos. My mother and I changed into two different Hanfu outfits during our stay, and it was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to the customer service manager for taking such great care of us, for the fruit platter, and for upgrading us to a room with a bathtub. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Even the television could be adjusted and rotated for better viewing from different angles. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. The hotel provides disposable hygiene covers for both the toilet seat and bathtub, giving guests extra peace of mind. The entire property has a charming artistic atmosphere, and there is even a cozy reading corner near the laundry room where guests can relax with a book. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of restaurants and food options right downstairs, making the area lively and convenient. Most attractions are only about 10 minutes away by car, with Didi rides typically costing just RMB 8–10. The high-speed rail station is also within a 15-minute drive. If you have not planned your itinerary yet, the hotel can recommend local tours and travel packages as well. They also provide parcel collection services, carefully storing your deliveries until you arrive to collect them. ANDU Hotel truly puts guest experience first. Highly recommended! 👍

The location is fantastic, with a bustling view of Xinjiekou right outside the window. What impressed me most was the service – friendly, polite, and incredibly responsive. The dining options exceeded expectations; the breakfast was diverse with Nanjng specialties, and the formal meals were exquisitely prepared. The room was well-maintained, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food quality was surprisingly good. I especially want to commend the Jia Restaurant on the 56th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower. On our first night, we tried their mini hotpot, and the two single sets were more than enough for two people. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, promptly helping with drinks, clearing plates, and cooking items. We also loved the buffet selection! We had such a happy meal! The next morning, we debated between the ground floor breakfast buffet and the 56th-floor one, but decided to go back to the 56th floor – and we were so glad we did! It was another wonderful experience, feeling right at home. There were many dishes available in the morning. For instance, a waitress kindly cut the Jinling large meat bun for us so we could each have half, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to CY and MYF from Jia Restaurant for their attentive service. The view was also excellent; we could see the beautiful city from our seats. All in all, I highly recommend trying it! I truly appreciate such thoughtful service! We booked afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, which featured a beautiful birdcage design. The happy hour's light dinner, part of the executive benefits, was also delicious! I had previously celebrated a birthday at Meiyuan, so this time, I decided to try the Pacific Western Restaurant before checking out, which also offered a beautiful setting and attentive service. I feel like I'll be back very soon just for the delicious food.

The location of Qinhuai Renjia Hotel is truly unbeatable. Qinhuai River is right downstairs, and it's a two-minute walk to Fuzi Temple, the Painted Boat Wharf, Jiangnan Examination Hall, and the specialty snack street – everything is close by. It's also not far from the subway station, making it very convenient to explore Laomendong and Xinjiekou. The hotel itself has an elegant, ancient charm, and the rooms are clean and tidy. You don't have to rush back after an evening cruise on the Qinhuai River. This is definitely the top choice for a visit to Nanjing!

The hotel is located right by the Qinhuai River, on a very quiet street, so it's not noisy at all. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Laomendong, and just 5 minutes in the other direction to the Grand Bao'en Temple. You can even see the temple from the terrace, and it lights up beautifully at night! There's no elevator, but the front desk staff are happy to help with luggage, so no worries there. The toilet is smart, and the shower space is just right. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Traveling with my family, we chose this hotel, and the environment was really good. The location is convenient, just 100m from the subway station, and Shantang Street is only a few minutes' walk away. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; it was Dragon Boat Festival today, and they even gave us sachets with mugwort leaves. The room facilities are quite complete, with a separate refrigerator. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Although the decor is over 10 years old, all the facilities are of good quality. The furniture, carpets, and bathroom fixtures, though a bit dated, had a better feel than what was shown in the promotional pictures. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent! The cleaning was very thorough, and the room had fresh air with no strange odors (no old room smell). The room also offered an open view and was quiet! The front desk and restaurant staff I encountered during my stay were very helpful and efficient in handling requests and resolving issues. You could tell they were well-trained! Considering the location, service, and quality, it offers great value for money! Suggestions for improvement: There was only one tissue box at the washbasin. I recommend placing another one in the bedroom area. Also, it might be a good idea to periodically check the seals in the shower and toilet partitions, as there was a minor leak one day.
