Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center. Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

The traffic management at the entrance to the hotel is quite bad, there is always a queue. I would expect there to be a staff member downstairs to greet me and help take my suitcase out of the trunk but there was no one . The entrance to the hotel feels quite random and unprofessional. A few more water bottles and coffee pouches in the rooms would be better. It’s frustrating to keep having to call room service to request them. Otherwise a good hotel, iron and ironing board provided in the room

Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Minor issues with checking in using my passport but besides that. The hotel was clean. Rooms are large dark when needed. They provided an air purifier in the room. I did find that the rooms were not so sound proof so if you sleep lightly it may impact you. They did provide ear buds besides the bed to help negate this. For an airport hotel it’s as good as it usually gets.

Environment: It is very convenient because it is just opposite Xigong Street and close to Wangcheng Square subway station, a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has its own restaurant, and there is also an outsourced coffee and bakery on the first floor. With the small street opposite, you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so all the facilities are still good. The only two shortcomings are: 1. The sound of falling water is very loud. When you flush the toilet or drain the basin upstairs or downstairs, you can hear the sound from the pipes in your room. Moreover, there is a certain probability that the water pipe in your room will suddenly make a backflow sound, but there is no sewage overflow, which means you will be suddenly startled. 2. The sound insulation is general. If you live in a north-facing room, you can hear all kinds of laughter from the barbecue restaurant downstairs. It is also clear that someone is talking in the corridor. The sound insulation of Dan's room is still very good. Hygiene: The aunt cleans the room every day and replaces everything, so the hygiene is quite good. Service: I had to stay for one more day due to the typhoon. Before leaving, I told the lady at the counter that I wanted to rebook the original room. When I went back at noon that day, the lady who was on duty said that she had grabbed a room. Super awesome. The price is also very fair, which is a relief for an urgent need! ! ! Free afternoon tea was also given when booking, and it happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, so moon cakes were given. The taste is very good. If you need it, just say hello to the front desk, and then sit on the second floor and wait.

hotel owner and service people are very nice. They got washer machine onsite if you stay for a few days. they deliver the food to your room too. The location is close to the old city: across the street, around 5 min walking. Very nice hotel with advanced new tech electric panel. Right now, China gov. has rule: any hotels can accept the foreigners. They will scan your passports and send over to the gov. authority for backup. That is all.

The hotel service is really good, and you feel at home. Look at the hotel room, it's a mess. The hair dryer and scale are cheap, there is no coffee machine, the room has a huge electric current, and you can only fall asleep with earplugs. The room rate for 2 rooms for 5 days is almost 10,000, and I enjoy great service and very bad rooms. The breakfast is average, and I pay for the service.

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. The hotel is quite new, not far from East Railway Station, within 20 minutes' walk, the room is very good, suitable for a family of three, clean and hygienic. The reception staff were very attentive and stood up every time someone entered the front door. They helped arrange our return journey to and from the Shaolin Temple. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. The TV requires a subscription service to watch more than 5 minutes of any channel. There was a leaving gift too which was a nice touch. One recommendation is that they have a “do not disturb” sign for the door as there was none!

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation to the Laojunshan Longmen Grottoes Museum. It is relatively new overall, and the facilities and services are as good as always. The taxi service in Luoyang is also cost-effective. Although the price is not cheap compared to the average Vienna Hotel, the three-day stay is indeed comfortable. This time I also turned on the new mode, self-service washing and drying, which is as convenient as home. If I had tried it earlier, maybe my family would not have bought Haier 886🥲 I also had a massage downstairs for more than an hour to relieve the fatigue of climbing! Before leaving, I gave you a gift of ”I miss you so much”, a green-packaged red dates, which is so delicious!!!

I didn't have time to take pictures of the hotel. The location is very good. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the cross street, where there are all kinds of snacks. There are many Hanfu shops nearby, but I didn't have time to take pictures. The shop owner is very good. He helped deliver the sun protection clothes I left behind to the intersection and helped mail the charger! Luoyang, I will come back and stay at your house again!

The metro is almost at the entrance to the hotel, a line with a high-speed train station. A 10-minute walk from the park and opposite it a large shopping center with a food court and a supermarket. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and towels. The common areas and furnishings are a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. Very spacious room, there is a wardrobe. Breakfast is good, but not very varied.

Before coming have added them in WECHAT which they have provided all the information needed. Excellent service from the reception especially the lady Ms 孙 she is awesome and have full knowledge about the Longmen grotto. She has explained every details like which bus to take which station to stop so that you don't walk the longer way. She even explained the sequence of walking so that you will not missed the important part. Very very patience lady.

A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

The room in this hotel is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, making me feel like I'm back home. The bed is large and comfortable, the room is well soundproofed, and the service of the front desk lady is also very good and enthusiastic, allowing me to get a good rest during my trip.

Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

The service is warm and thoughtful. There is a special car for airport pick-up, and there are many foods downstairs. There is a big plate chicken restaurant that is really affordable and delicious. The small portion of big plate chicken for 38 yuan is as big as a washbasin, and the bowl of stewed noodles is as big as a soup bowl. Two people can't finish it at all. The hotel towels, face towels, etc. are all disposable, clean and hygienic, safe to use, and cost-effective. Very satisfied!

Specially came to Zhengzhou to fly, chose to stay at this hotel overnight, so I don't want to choose an expensive chain but the conditions can't be too bad. The hotel is right next to the airport. Due to flight time issues, we plan to drop off at 9:30. I have asked Courtyard and Atour before, and they both said they can only drop off at the hour and pick up at half o'clock, and Courtyard only has a 9-seater business car. , the location is very tight. holidayinn said that the hotel has several cars and they can send us to the airport at 9:30. You can pick us up at any time when you arrive at the airport. The person who picked us up was a white Roewe electric station wagon. It takes exactly 10 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Very satisfied in every aspect, I can stay here again next time
