All other staff will help us in making the stay comfortable, including helping us move our luggages to the other rooms when needed. My room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were consistently warm and polite, and every detail of their service was spot-on, far exceeding my expectations. "The homestay is located on the pedestrian street right outside Luoyi Old City. It is easier to access through the parking lot at the back, though most taxi driver will refuse to reach there as the street is pretty narrow. Although the homestay follows old Chinese theme for all rooms and furniture, everything is new and clean. We even had water filter machine. There’s a separate laundry room that you can use for free. We were lucky that our room was at the very back, far from the noisy pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who prefer staying close the to old city to take photoshoot in Chinese costumes."

Cleanliness: The room was spacious and spotless!

During our recent trip to Luoyang, we stayed at the Luoyang Marriott, and the overall impression of the hotel was one of grandeur and elegance. The public areas were clean and well-maintained, and the in-room amenities were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.
However, what truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional service provided by Manager Li Manli. Her professionalism and problem-solving skills were outstanding. "Loved My Stay at Atour Kaifeng—Wish I Could Have Stayed Longer!
I only spent one night at Atour Hotel Kaifeng, but it left such a wonderful impression on me. If you’re visiting Kaifeng, this is a highly recommended place to stay, and here is why:
The Location: It is exceptionally convenient and makes traveling around the city to explore different sights completely hassle-free.
The Aesthetic: The hotel features a clean, minimalist design with a subtle Japanese-inspired style. It creates a very calming, peaceful, and cozy atmosphere that I absolutely loved.
The Ultimate Highlight: Atour is famous for its comfort, and their premium bedding is next-level. I fell so in love with their ”Pro 3.0 Blanket” during my stay that I ended up purchasing 5 of them on the spot to bring home for my family! 😴🛍️
One Minor Downside:
The breakfast spread was a bit boring and underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel experience.
However, despite the simple breakfast, the fantastic location, lovely minimalist vibe, and unmatched sleeping comfort still make this hotel a huge favorite of mine. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting."

The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

QQingjiaowoxiaoyeAlthough Dongshan Longyue isn't officially star-rated, my overall stay far exceeded expectations. The hotel rooms were meticulously clean, and being able to smoke in the room was a really thoughtful touch! The interior was tidy and odor-free, and both the bedding and bathroom facilities were spotless and hygienic, perfectly meeting all basic daily living needs.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its superb location. It's situated right inside the Longmen Grottoes scenic area, just 200 meters from the grottoes entrance. There's no need to rush in the morning or spend time commuting to and from the site; you can reach the attractions with just a short walk, saving a significant amount of travel time. This is especially convenient for visitors specifically coming to explore the grottoes.
Star rating aside, the clean rooms combined with the unparalleled location made me feel like I was sharing a mountain with the Great Buddha.

Upon arrival, the front desk lady greeted me warmly and was very friendly. Honestly, 58 yuan a room was beyond my expectations. Not to mention the air conditioning alone, it's a lot of money for a night's stay. They have everything a big hotel has. I don't know how the owner could come up with such a low price. It's really hard to live here! I have to give a good review. A hotel like this is so economical and practical.

Coincidentally, I have been in the same hotel twice, in the same room, opened the window, looked at the river, and had an endless view! Going out to stroll along the river bank, the spring breeze is coming, it is difficult to have a pleasant feeling! There is a small bridge, it is a new county square, the center of the county! After busy, you can drive to the West River, feel the beautiful scenery of the few people there, and you can also ride the capital of Yuyu-Su District, look up at the heroes, and return to the original heart!

GGuest UserThis location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it.

GGuest UserDecided to try out one of their unique room types. The room wasn't huge, but it was incredibly well-equipped. The little courtyard was so relaxing, and having a private hot spring tub was a real bonus! My child absolutely loved it. The butler was also fantastic, responding to messages 24/7 almost instantly. The front desk lady was very kind, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. The staff member who drove us was handsome and had a great attitude – my husband even commented that his voice sounded like Wang Yibo's! Overall, a great experience and definitely worth checking out.

GGuest UserThe location is good, not too far from anywhere, and the surroundings are relatively quiet. The room is spacious and not cramped, though the facilities are indeed old. It's clean, but some signs of wear and tear just can't be removed. Our room faced the building opposite, which was very close, so there was no view to speak of. The windows are sealed, but the air conditioning works. The meals are quite simple, and the price isn't high anyway. The young lady at the front desk and the cleaning staff were all very warm and attentive, especially the bellmen. They delivered takeout to our room tirelessly every day, without any delay. I have to specifically mention the shuttle service for the concert. On the first day, it was organized by room, which unfortunately led to long waiting times. On the second day, they took our feedback and changed the arrangement, which was very smooth. All the staff were enthusiastic and patient – thumbs up!
