Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.
TV not working well. It is on Android. Sound is on and off. Corridors are dark. Front desk ask to retain passport (unusual)? No fridge in room? No shower lights for winter, so if you have shower in winter, you freeze!! Breakfast full of stir fried veggies.

Good experience! The security guards and service staff are very enthusiastic! I will stay here again. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Amur Western Restaurant, next to the pedestrian street, close to Lena Restaurant and Glock, and close to the morning market and Russian goods street. The hotel security guard helped me find a parking space!

Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired.
The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance.
I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room.
For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative.
The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.

My room has an amazing view of the river which is especially beautiful at night.
The staff is really helpful and friendly. Everyone from the front desk, the door men, the executive lounge staff and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. I appreciate Fo Xiu who went up to my room to understand my concerns because of the language barrier.
My only complaint was that I ordered room service. I ordered steak and soup but there was no dinner plate included. It was difficult to cut the steak in the tiny sizzling plate it was served on. I appreciate the male staff who brought my order to my room.
That said, everything else was fantastic. My wishlist is to have a full length mirror inside the room.
When I visit the Harbin again, I will stay here.

There are so many shortcomings. It is not at the level that Home Inn should be, and it is not even as good as the service standards of ordinary private hotels. All the good reviews are for the little girl at the front desk and the security guard on the day of check-in.
1: The restaurant management is very chaotic, breakfast is from 7:00-9:00. Even though the food was poor, when I went there at 8 o'clock in the morning, there was almost no food or rice. By about 8:15, there were more than ten or twenty people waiting for a table in the egg restaurant, and people rushed to get food. As a result, the waiter loudly scolded me: I can eat whatever I grab. May I ask? Who would be willing to snatch your breakfast when traveling? Aren’t you guys unable to provide breakfast yourself? Moreover, no one was cleaning up, so those who wanted to eat had to put away other people’s leftover plates on the table to make room for their meal. There was an uncle who tried to clear his own plate and wanted to eat, but the waiter scolded him for not moving. Then if you don't let the guests touch the plates, you should clear the table.
2. The price is upside down. If you book a room on Ctrip for 388 a night, you will not get the right to upgrade your room for free. At breakfast the next day, I met someone I met at the same table in Mohe. I asked the other person about the price, and they booked it directly at the hotel for only 378.
3. The room types are not uniform and there are no tissues in the room. I asked the guest room aunt. The guest room aunt said that some room types provide paper towels, some room types provide tea bags, and some room types do not provide paper towels or tea bags. I asked my aunt for tissues but she didn’t give them to me (the aunt on the first day)
4. Hygiene is not up to standard, there is hair on the bed and a lot of hair on the floor. In addition, because my shoes were accidentally kicked under the bed, when I picked them up, I found that there were tissues under the bed that had been used by a guest...
I don’t want to complain too much, so don’t stay here! Who knows who lives there.
388 feels like staying in an ordinary hotel 108 (not as good as that)
The only advantage is that the location is good. The morning and night markets are nearby and not far from the river. However, there are other options nearby, so be cautious.

Perfect hotel that gives you a pleasant stay.
Room :
We book 1 family room and 1 standart room, all room is modern, all room was very clean and warm, they have floor heating, water heater, bath amenities that smells good, very clean and fluffy towels, automatic curtain, big tv, hair dryer, all things you need.
Restaurant :
The restaurant was very clean and warm.
They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. You also can have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and decent portion, the dishes were delicious, our favorite is 锅包肉 guo bao rou, sweet sour pork which is northern’s specialty dish.

Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too.
Around the hotel :
There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too.

The double room originally booked was more spacious, but the radiator was not powerful. The store changed it to a double bed room. The heating was very powerful. The bed was big enough and had the right softness and hardness. It is normal for a large bed to make the space smaller. After getting off the train or bus, take bus No. 4 or No. 8. After getting off the bus, you will reach the hotel which is not far away. When you exit the hotel, turn right to the left side of Postal Road, followed by Wenhua Road (morning market street) and then Central Street to have lunch and dinner. very convenient. On the right is Heilongjiang Mother Park. The scenery along the river is good. When you walk to the Dahei Island observation post and see the front flag, you can take bus No. 3 back. Breakfast was good.

For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish.
Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy.
Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes.
Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends!
Wishing the hotel prosperous business, smooth operations for all staff, and all the very best!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.
However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

EEe MingWe had a very good experience staying in Yabu Loni Hotel at Yabuli. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception we receive from our hotel guide 初长月. She assisted us to check into our hotel room early which allow us to settle in quickly. Arranging for ski lessons and equipment was also a breeze with her help. Her enthusiasm, energy and smile is something that makes our stay so much fun and enjoyable. And she is always just a call away.
As for the hotel room, it is a little dated but nevertheless still very clean and nice. I would certainly hope that they can improve on the breakfast, the range is pretty limited.
The location of the hotel is fantastic and it is just right besides the cable car that bring you to the top of the ski resort. It is also right next to Club Med.
OOtautahianWe chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there.
All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside.
My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

Xxiaofeng!Let me tell you about my three-day experience there. I originally booked a 2-day stay, but my children liked the aunt and sister Nan Nan very much, so we stayed one more night. This is a very, very humane B&B. It feels like coming home when we get off the bus. They greeted us warmly at the door and took our luggage to the room. Then we went downstairs to eat. The dishes cooked by the chef are so delicious. I highly recommend their twice-cooked pork. My children want to eat it for every meal. At night, my children saw the barbecue outside and wanted to eat it, so we went out to eat barbecue. It was very expensive. I really don't recommend going to Snow Valley for barbecue. It's too expensive. A small string of beef and lamb skewers is 6 yuan a string, and a string of three slices of I don't know what kind of meat it is costs 10 yuan, and they don't even give me paper towels. After that meal, I never dared to eat out again. Nan Nan's food is still delicious and affordable. Many guests who live in other B&Bs come to Nan Nan's for dinner. We guests here are like a family. At night, everyone sits on the kang in the hall and chats. It's quite interesting! Their house is very clean, so you can rest assured. The beautiful woman wearing a hat is Nan Nan! When we went out to Wusongling, the aunt also enthusiastically helped each of us to wear snow caps (free of charge)! It is best to bring a bath towel to their house, because they use disposable towels, and bath towels are better for children. We were lucky to place an order to stay at Nan Nan's house, so that our family had a happy and enjoyable trip to the Snow Valley! In the last video, our big family was sticking sugar candied haws, it was super lively and happy, just like the Chinese New Year!
IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

GGuest UserThe room was air-conditioned and fully stocked with disposable toiletries. It was exceptionally clean. It's about a 10-minute walk from Central Street, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The front desk staff was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

GGuest UserLocated conveniently and walking distance to the famous Zhong Yang Da Jie.
Check in is easy and thus hardly interacted with the staff whom seems to be unfriendly.
Room wise is spacious and quite comfy. But some lights are not working. Im concern about cleanliness as the teaspoon wasn’t washed the next day though cup was washed. Coffee was not replaced. Bedsheet still feels untidy.
Location is good and room spacious so it’s ok.
Room it’s hot and thus we need to keep windows open to cool it down.

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

GGuest UserPros
1). Chosen this hotel because of its location which is very good. It is only few steps away from Central Street.
2). The staff (all the ladies) from the breakfast restaurant were super nice and friendly. The house keeping ladies were kind and helpful as well. Kudos to every one of them!
Cons
1). No one speaks English at the front desk.
**2). Horrible horrible front desk customer service! I am a frequently traveller and I have never experienced such a poor customer service, the hotel really needs to give better training to the people at the front desk (those who work during the day shift), especially the lady in short hair with a very arrogant and bad attitude. I was politely asking one of the ladies behind the counter about the directions to a shop, she was not sure, and she asked her colleague (which was the short hair lady) to assist me. To my surprise, this unfriendly short hair lady just rolled her eyes to her colleague and rudely told me to check for ”navigation” myself (I think that was what she meant, as my Mandarin is not that good). Later she impatiently just brushed off the other questions that I tried to ask her, and before I even finished my sentence, she just abruptly turned around and walked away!!! HOW RUDE !!! I think I was not even given a respect as a human being!!! I was so stunned and speechless!!! Her colleague standing next to her witness what happened but did not say anything or offered to help! Let me tell you what other hotels will do when guests ask for directions- they would kindly check online and provide the directions, or they would even print out the directions for guests (all with a SMILE!). The lady in short hair, you are working in a hotel which is a service industry!!! I will not stay or recommend this hotel based upon this unpleasant experience.
P.S. I stayed in the Mercure Harbin Sophia Church after and had a great experience. All the ladies at the front desk always greet guests with a smile, always friendly and willing to help. I am not sure if this is because Mecure is an international brand which the training for customer service is different from local brands?

MMeishiyueyueThis is the oldest building I've ever stayed in. Its 1903 elevator is one of only two operational century-old elevators in China, the other being at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund in Shanghai. I initially thought I wouldn't like this style, but beyond the lobby's dazzling, opulent gold leaf decor, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable with their low-saturation palette of grey-green, brown, and gold. The velvet wallpaper, with its shifting shades depending on the light, demonstrated excellent taste. The service was excellent; we received welcome drinks upon arrival and welcome fruit in the room. Staff members also shared insights into the hotel's history and the lobby's decor. The location is prime, right next to Central Street and Central Mall. Yet, being on Dongfeng Road, which intersects Central Street, it remains relatively quiet. If I had to nitpick, it would be that, due to it being a century-old building with plumbing limitations, hot water takes a few minutes to come through. Additionally, the TV wasn't working, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't ask staff for assistance.
