"Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up.
Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower.
The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery.
**Look at the ceiling patches here n there.
So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!!

"The location of this apartment is truly a plus point. It’s right next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to walk to Dafo Temple and various historical sites. The service provided is very heartwarming; the housekeeper sent a location and check-in instructions in advance, and was patient in guiding online regarding equipment issues during the night. The room facilities are well-equipped, with a small refrigerator for storing beverages and fruits, a sanitizing cabinet for easy dishwashing, and well-maintained household appliances. The hygiene is impeccable; the entire apartment has undergone thorough cleaning, the bedding is clean and fluffy, the bathroom is free of standing water and hair, and every corner has been wiped down. It’s quiet and tidy. If I were to visit Guangzhou again, I would definitely choose this place."

"The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were quite new. I was especially surprised by the vanity in the bathroom, with separate toilet and shower areas, and two sinks, which was very convenient for families. All the hotel staff were enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The mineral water park area was quite large and even had a surfing zone, which was a unique experience. After playing in the normal temperature water, you could go soak in the hot springs nearby, which was incredibly relaxing. We had dinner and dim sum at the Liufu Restaurant on the second floor, and both offered excellent value for money."

"Had a spontaneous idea to take the high-speed train to Shenzhen for a day, mainly to meet friends in Futian and grab some Magpie Pie at OCT. The hotel's location perfectly suited my travel needs, being close to the subway station and a major transportation hub. In between meals, my friend and I visited the Shenzhen Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which surprisingly turned out to be much more interesting and engaging than I expected. Beyond that, I was quite impressed by the hotel's high-rise views; the mountain and reservoir scenery from the lobby and restaurant was delightful. The butler service was warm and welcoming, and the food selection was rich and varied. Overall, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely prioritize staying at this Atour hotel again on future trips to Shenzhen."

The facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

Eze PI stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has a separation between wet and dry areas, there’s a complete range of household appliances, excellent sound insulation, and after a long day of traveling, you can simply lie down and rest, fully alleviating travel fatigue.
In particular, I would like to give sincere praise to two staff members: Xiao Qiu at the front desk, who was highly efficient in handling check-in and check-out procedures, with a gentle and patient demeanor. She provided detailed explanations about the hotel’s facilities and breakfast times. She also proactively recommended local attractions and culinary routes. When we had questions, she responded promptly and kindly throughout our stay. Lucky, the room service staff, worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring daily cleanliness was thorough. He promptly replenished amenities and even tidied up the workspace when we brought personal items with us. He was low-key yet professional. The breakfast menu was diverse, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western flavors. The housekeeping and security personnel were courteous as well. The entire hotel’s service lacked the impersonal, assembly-line feel, demonstrating genuine care in every aspect. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would choose this place again when visiting this city in the future. I also recommend it to fellow travelers.lucky 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

Extremely convenient location, just a short walk to the subway. The room was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was attentive, and the hot water supply was stable. It's well-equipped and offers great value for money. Guest UserThis was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

Guest UserOut of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've been captivated by a lobby's blue inverted-triangle chandelier – it immediately caught my eye the moment I walked in. It's so different from the crystal chandeliers you see in many high-end hotels, truly unique. The lobby's aroma was also very pleasant. The room had excellent soundproofing and a grand design. The high-thread-count bedding felt like sleeping on clouds, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – a lifesaver for someone like me with back problems. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, but I was pressed for time this trip and couldn't experience them. What left the deepest impression on me was the freshly cooked noodle station at breakfast; the chef enthusiastically recommended the day's specials. This kind of thoughtful service, treating guests like family, is true luxury. The hotel's parking spaces are also ample, so even new drivers won't have any issues. I'll definitely choose the Eastin Hotel again for my next business trip to Guangzhou.
