We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

The front desk is on the 21st floor, which is easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, carefully explaining how to use the water heater and even proactively giving me the elevator code for food deliveries. The room's cleanliness exceeded my expectations; the bathroom was well-separated (wet/dry zones) and had no strange odors. All facilities and amenities were complete and available. The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable slippers, but this didn't affect my overall stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping district, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room is well-equipped, clean, and smells fresh. The elevator access is convenient and safe. The service is attentive and thorough. This hotel offers much better value for money than others at the same price point. Highly recommended!

We had a good short family trip group of 10 pax - 2 days staying at the Muji Hotel. The hotel location is excellent and all rooms are spacious and nice and neat just like most of Japanese hotels. Love the hotel and staff are very professional and friendly would offer any assistance when needed. Special thanks to Kitty Yang for her hospitality and made our trip memorable. The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The facilities are convenient. The front desk staff and hotel manager were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, as was the room service – everything was impeccable. We had a very comfortable stay during our trip. The room had good soundproofing, and the staff were enthusiastic and efficient, basically fulfilling every request. Most importantly, the room rates were affordable, and parking was free. We were very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near the subway and airport for easy access.

I was really really impressed by the service of the hotel receptionists and the help extended to me by them (both at check in (陈小屏）and during the night of my stay（小甘）), the cleanliness and welcoming warmth of the room given and it was a very pleasant stay overall! I would definitely come back to this hotel to stay the next time I’m in Zhuhai and also recommend this hotel to others!

I genuinely recommend staying here! The room was spotless and well-equipped, truly feeling like a home away from home. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, patiently guiding me through how to use the room's facilities. The sixth-floor sky garden was quiet and relaxing, and it's within walking distance to COCO Park, making it very popular with guests from Hong Kong, Macau, and other international visitors. I was lucky enough to be there during the May Day Coffee Festival, which was absolutely buzzing! The market was vibrant and full of atmosphere – lively and perfect for photos. It was also super convenient for getting around and shopping.
