It was a really pleasant day. I enjoyed it although sometimes I could see some black spots/mold in the corner of the showers and some weird stains on the wallpaper, but that was bearable. I would say if you prefer service over cleanliness than this is your place to be. The view was also nice, you could see the river and location was perfect.

The views are fantastic from this high-rise hotel. It's super convenient for getting around, as Jiefangbei is right downstairs, and it's easy to hail a yellow Ferrari taxi. The smart toilet flushes automatically when you sit down, which I hope can be adjusted, as it feels unhygienic and splashes everywhere. The curtains, lights, projector, and air conditioning can all be controlled by Xiao Du voice commands. The hotel service is excellent; they provide complimentary bottled water and laundry service is quick and free. There are also free fruits and snacks at the front desk during the day. Downstairs on the 30th floor, there's a specialty store with good value-for-money fridge magnets that you can pop into on your way out.

The lady at the front desk was lovely, and my kids absolutely adored her. They even told me the beds were so comfortable they didn't have any trouble sleeping. They're still talking about how much they loved this hotel. It's right by the subway, which is great when you're traveling with kids, and it's close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong.

I had a pleasant stay at Asiam International Hotel in Hongyadong/Jiefangbei, Chongqing. Overall, everything was good and met my expectations.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was decent, with enough variety for a satisfying meal.
One thing that was a little confusing at first is that three hotels share the same lobby area, so it can take a moment to figure out where to go. However, after check-in, everything was straightforward.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. If you have business, sightseeing plans, or other activities indэ Jiefangbei area, it is convenient and makes getting around very easy.

This hotel is located directly above Raffles City Chongqing, right in the heart of the city. Being so close to the Raffles City shopping mall means food, accommodation, and transportation are incredibly convenient. It's also very near popular attractions like Jiefangbei, Arhat Temple, Hongyadong, and Chaotianmen. The two-bedroom suite is perfect for families, featuring a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and some cooking utensils and tableware. It truly feels like a home away from home in Chongqing, making it ideal for family trips. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

This 266-square-meter apartment in Jiefangbei offers an excellent experience. With its panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you get a direct view of the two rivers. In the evening, as the lights on both banks illuminate, the stunning nightscape of the two rivers is fully visible right from your room, so there's no need to go out and jostle with crowds to see the view. The entire apartment is furnished with genuine leather furniture; the sofas are large and plush, making them incredibly comfortable to sit on, and the decor is luxurious and grand. The space is very generous, allowing multiple people to stay and move around comfortably. There's even an automatic mahjong table for entertainment. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and tidy, with great attention to detail. Located in Jiefangbei, it's very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The landlord is very approachable and even came to pick us up personally. Sitting by the window at night, enjoying the riverside night view, creates a fantastic ambiance, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. The building's management also instills a great sense of security. The elevators use facial recognition, so you can only access your floor after checking in.

Traveling alone in Chongqing, I stumbled upon this hidden gem – an internet-famous hotel with stunning river views. The experience was absolutely incredible, a definite five-star rating!
The hotel truly boasts a prime, first-row river view. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows look directly out onto the Yangtze River and Dongshuimen Bridge. The room itself is spacious and airy, with a very tasteful design throughout. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness; every corner of the room was spotless, making me feel completely at ease during my stay.
My favorite feature was the private hot spring tub. Soaking in the warm water, I could look up and see the entire city's nightscape. As dusk settled and the buildings on both banks and the bridge lights began to glow, the river shimmered with fragmented neon reflections. There's no need to brave the crowds at Hongyadong or Raffles City; you can privately enjoy the entire mountain city's night views right from your room. It's an excellent photo op, and every shot turns out beautifully.
The hotel also has a sunken circular seating area with a fantastic ambiance, complemented by a mirrored ceiling. You can easily take atmospheric selfies, perfect for those who are camera-shy, as you don't need to get too close to the lens. The butler service was also very attentive, and they were always available to assist with any requests.

The room was on a high floor, offering good privacy, though the view was a bit obstructed by a tall building. I enjoyed being able to cast movies and TV shows to the screen, but didn't get a chance to test the sound system. Breakfast was quite good; while the variety wasn't extensive, the dishes were well-prepared. I personally devoured two bowls of Chongqing noodles (with different toppings) every day! I was out exploring all day, so I unfortunately missed the afternoon tea. The staff were highly professional, polite, and courteous, and spoke fluent English when assisting international guests.

GGuest UserOur impromptu trip to Chongqing led us to this hotel, a blind choice that turned out to be an amazing surprise! 🥹
The location couldn't be better! It's right near the Xiaoshizi subway station in Yuzhong District.
Just a few minutes' walk takes you to Bayi Delicious Street and Jiefangbei.
A leisurely stroll will get you to Hongyadong and the Yangtze River Cableway.
Basically, no need for taxis the whole time, avoiding traffic jams and wasted time – super convenient for getting around!
The hotel shares a building with high-end hotels, and the overall quality is fantastic.
The Italian light luxury lobby, with its marble and vintage decor, creates a wonderfully gentle ambiance.
Every photo you take here turns out beautifully! 📸
We stayed in a high-floor room, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view.
By day, you see the layered buildings of the mountain city.
At night, you can lie in bed and enjoy the night view of Yuzhong – so calming and therapeutic.
The room details are truly thoughtful!
It comes with a standalone bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.
Full smart home devices, a heated towel rack, and a wet/dry separated bathroom are all included.
The soundproofing is excellent; it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, ensuring a really peaceful night's sleep.
The self-service breakfast offers a rich variety.
The freshly cooked Chongqing noodles taste incredibly authentic.
Buns, desserts, and fruits are all available – it's super satisfying to fill up before heading out.
The hotel also has a free gym and a self-service laundry room.
No need to worry about laundry while traveling – perfect for longer trips.
The front desk staff are very friendly and respond promptly to any requests.
Whether you're traveling with kids or with friends,
staying here in Chongqing is truly comfortable and hassle-free!

GGuest UserHonestly, the hotel's location is unbeatable. The subway is right outside, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, major attractions like Raffles City and Jiefangbei are within walking distance. There are also great food options nearby – Chen Popo Hot Pot, and the local noodle and sticky rice cake breakfast were all delicious. The room views were also nice. I stayed in a smaller room first, then a larger one for the next two days, and the view from the bigger room was even better.
My only complaints are that the air conditioning in the smaller room was quite noisy, though the larger room didn't have that issue. Also, the wet/dry separation in the smaller room wasn't great; water from the shower would flow towards the toilet, which was annoying when wearing disposable slippers. And the hairdryer! It barely had any power, making me increasingly frustrated while using it. I strongly recommend replacing it with a high-speed one; it wouldn't cost much and would make a huge difference.
Overall, I was quite satisfied. The service was very responsive, and the excellent location saved a lot of travel time.

GGuest UserNestled in one of Chongqing’s oldest suburbs, this hotel is an aesthete’s dream.
My arrival was smooth thanks to the porter and hotel staff who met me at the closest drop-off location. Having WeChat and adding the hotel was a lifesaver.
While English wasn’t widely spoken (except by the manager), the staff always seemed to understand my needs and requests. They were incredibly attentive and friendly.
The room was stunning, as shown in the pictures. It was spacious and meticulously designed, truly a dream to stay in.
As part of the booking, they offered a complimentary photoshoot. This was a unique experience and I jumped at the chance. Zihao, my photographer, listened to my needs and captured some incredible shots. These photos are a cherished memory.
The breakfast staff were so friendly and a delight to see in the mornings. Despite not speaking English, one of the girls made a real effort to communicate.
I surprised the hotel manager by asking him to organise a last-minute driver for the whole day to a remote town. He had it organised within 30 minutes. Another example of exceptional service.
The only downside is the nearest Didi drop-off location is a bit of a downhill walk to the hotel and back. It was fine for me but those with mobility issues might find it tiring.
I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful sanctuary in such a fast-paced city. I can’t wait to return.

GGuest UserThe environment and service at Xiannvshan National Forest Park Bayu Homestay are both top-notch. The guesthouse offers pick-up and drop-off services to and from the scenic area entrance. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a tranquil courtyard surrounded by lush mountains and clear waters. The fresh air carries a faint scent of flowers and earth.
The guesthouse features a modern minimalist design, with wooden pavilions and intricately carved window frames; every detail showcases the unique charm of the local culture.
In terms of service, the staff are warm and attentive, from the thoughtful check-in guidance to meticulously planning sightseeing routes for guests, reflecting their genuine care. Here, you can savor authentic Bayu cuisine and experience a home-like warmth.
In the morning, as the first rays of sunlight hit your window, you can stroll through the forest and embrace nature's bounty. After nightfall, the guesthouse glows with warm lights, reflecting the starry sky, making you feel as if you're in a dreamland. Every moment at Xiannvshan National Forest Park Bayu Homestay is a wonderful encounter with nature and culture, leaving you lingering and looking forward to your next visit.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are very new and clean. The window offers a river view, and Hongyadong is right downstairs. You just cross the road and you're at the top level of Hongyadong. The night view is also beautiful. Highly recommended! Thanks to the air conditioning, it didn't feel humid even by the river. There were a lot of cars downstairs, so there was some noise, but it didn't bother me. However, some light sleepers might find it an issue.

GGuest UserLocation: The location is absolutely fantastic, right in a tall building next to Jiefangbei, and you can overlook Jiefangbei from the hotel.
Service: The front desk service on the top floor was absolutely terrible!!! This is the first time I've encountered such a bad front desk service after staying in so many hotels both domestically and internationally!!! My partner checked in on the 25th, and everything was fine. I checked in around 9 PM (or a little after) on the evening of the 25th. One of the two front desk girls had an extremely mean attitude. When I handed her my ID to check in, after she registered it, she looked down at my ID again before returning it. Then she turned to the other girl, her 'oppa,' with a mocking smile and looked at my ID in my hand, whispering something. I don't know what she was laughing about, but I definitely felt offended. If it weren't for the queue behind me, I would have confronted her.
My partner didn't get a welcome drink when they checked in on the 24th, so when I was checking in on the 25th, my partner wanted to say: 'I'd like to order a welcome drink, we didn't get one yesterday.' But before they could even finish, the front desk person impatiently interrupted: 'You can order it over there' (with a look of disdain, as if we were trying to take advantage of her). Later, a young couple came and wanted to order food, so they asked the front desk: 'Could you give us a menu?' The front desk person (with a puzzled expression): 'You want to order food now?' The couple: 'We'd like to order the wine package.' The front desk person: 'You want a wine list?' Then the male bartender next to her leaned over and asked: 'What's wrong?' She turned to the male bartender (with a mocking, playful tone): 'She wants a wine list.' (Don't tell me it's a Chongqing personality thing or Moxy's young style, I'm a local.) The front desk lady on the first floor on the 26th was super nice, though.
Facilities: The facilities were typical Moxy decor, nothing outstanding. There was only bottled water in the room. The sewer smell was extremely strong, the entire room smelled damp and like a rag that had been washed but not dried properly. I called the front desk to ask for an air freshener, and they said they had mosquito repellent. Finally, an auntie brought an air purifier and sprayed some air freshener at the door and in the bathroom (which didn't really help). The top floor is a revolving restaurant, but it only opens at 1 PM, so I didn't get to experience it.
Environment: The entire hotel reeked of fried crispy pork from downstairs, including the hallways, elevators, and especially the lobby on the first floor. The smell was intense. My partner and I, one stayed one night and the other two nights, felt like we were marinated in the smell.

GGuest UserThe reason for the low rating is as follows: part1: The room lighting is dim; if you have poor eyesight, definitely don't come here. The overall color scheme of the room is black, a kind of dark gray. The pillows are square, more suitable for use as cushions than actual pillows. There's only one power outlet shared between two beds, so two people can't charge their devices simultaneously. The toilet area and shower (meaning the washroom part) are very small. The bathtub edge is quite wide, making it difficult to step over if you're short, have short legs, or are elderly. part2: The entire room only has one box of tissues placed on the vanity, and these tissues are very thin, of low quality. part3: The toilet paper is also very low-grade and thin. After a bowel movement, if you don't fold the toilet paper into four layers, your fingers will definitely get messy, instantly becoming 'golden fingers'. part4: The breakfast is genuinely mediocre: average quality, average taste, not many dishes, and the pastries are just the kind of bread you can buy at a supermarket.
GGuest UserThe guesthouse has a dedicated butler who provides excellent service. They are very responsive to any issues, even replying and resolving problems in the early hours of the morning. From downstairs, you can directly see the Qianximen Bridge, the confluence of the two rivers, and the Grand Theater – the night view is stunning. You can even catch drone performances from the room, making for fantastic photo opportunities. Hongyadong is right next door, just a few minutes' walk away, and the night view from there is also superb. The bathroom in the room has a separate wet and dry area, and the guesthouse provides a full set of disposable toiletries, which is a thoughtful touch. There's also a single bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak while enjoying the night views of Chongqing's two rivers – it's wonderful. The location is very convenient for transportation; the light rail station is only a few minutes away. The room is well-equipped with all necessary facilities. It's a great choice for travelers. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again for my next stay.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse is located in an apartment building, so it feels very secure. After we booked, they immediately created a chat group to answer our questions and provided lots of helpful tips for exploring the area. They were also very enthusiastic, even reminding us to bring an umbrella. We stayed for two days and it felt just like home – plus, it was incredibly clean. Relaxing and watching TV back at the guesthouse was just perfect! The location is also excellent, only a three-minute walk from Xiaoshizi subway station, which is super convenient.
