"I read some reviews that were bad about the hotel and I was apprehensive, but I decided to take a chance and I didn't regret it. The hotel is old, and the facilities show that, but everything was very clean and organized. The service was very good, and everyone was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good, it's not 5-star level like I think some would like (I say this because of the complaints) but it's perfectly within what the hotel offers. I stayed there for 4 days for a very good price for the city of Curitiba, I didn't have any problems and I will stay there again whenever possible. 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏽😜"

Small parking lot. If you are a beginner driver, I do not recommend it, as there are many columns.
I stayed in the family room: simple room, TV does not work. Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed.
Service at reception: great.
If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle."

"When I called to confirm my reservation I told you that it was PCD and that I had a problem in my leg, and at no time I was informed that to access the hotel has a huge stairway and that only from there I would have the lift, the rest was a great stay we were very well received, the room was clean and smelling, breakfast was very varied and delicious, the location is great the hotel is well in the centre."

The hotel needs maintenance at several points but generally I would be home again. We were given a Pascua egg for the holiday which was very careful.

I stayed at Wyndham Foz do Iguaçu, and first of all, I would like to highlight how attentive and professional the hotel staff are. Among all the hotels I have stayed at so far, I can confidently say that this property has one of the best teams in terms of service quality.
My sincere thanks go to the hotel manager and especially to Sheyla Rocha at the reception. My room was upgraded to a suite, which I truly appreciated. They also kindly accommodated my stay for a second night, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Sometimes, a warm smile and genuine hospitality are more than enough—and this hotel delivers exactly that.
The hotel also offers spa facilities, and the swimming pool is both beautiful and very clean. Its central location, within walking distance of many restaurants, is another great advantage for guests. If you are planning to stay in this area, I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.
Lastly, although the room size is listed as 22 m², the hotel is designed in a “home suite” concept, making the rooms feel spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suitable for a pleasant stay.

Guest UserA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming.
We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away.
The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear.
This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

This is a hotel for families. The pool is impossible to use from about 4pm as it is overrun with children and a man blowing a whistle loudly to coordinate children using the slide.
When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only one bedside lamp. There were no blankets - we had to request them as it was too hot with no ac and too cold with ac on.
There is an area for dining but the hotel could do so much more with it - have cutlery laid out and table lamps, rope the area off and draw the curtains so the view is not semi naked people in the pool. The evening we had dinner there was a dripping wet woman wrapped in a towel shouting loudly on her telephone and wandering among the tables. There is potential in this hotel - just none of it is realised.
On a positive finish there is a reasonable buffet for breakfast. The hotel is near the Main Street and easy for your pickups etc and there are restaurants nearby and a fabulous cafe just down the street.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Presentable hotel with decent breakfast and swimming pool and jacuzzi, located across from the interstate bus terminal. Uber is wide available and usually it takes about 7 minutes to arrive . Room is spacious and clean and shower is very good. Recommended specially for the ones who have a car. Not many food options and remember to have a Brazilian socket to avoid having to buy for an adapter at the bus terminal.
The waterfalls in the Brazilian side is approximately 35 minutes by Uber . The Argentinian side buses leave frequently from the bus terminal across from the hotel (expect to pay a lot to reach Argentina, R$35 to Puerto Iguazu plus another R$40 from puerto Iguazu to the national park. Returning the same way , R$150 plus the park ticket, that’s best to buy in advance online to save time in those enormous lines.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.
