Cheguei no hotel as 23.30 do dia 09.01.24, no dia seguinte a minha colega de trabalho grávida veio de Fortaleza, chegando as 5h, e a chamei para tomar café, claro pagando, pois estávamos a trabalho e a empresa permite. A abordagem no café foi horrível, perguntaram o quarto, dei o meu número de quarto, ele deixou bem claro que só constava meu nome, de uma forma rude como se eu quisesse de graça o café. Avisei que seria pago o café a mais... Após isso, não o bastante, ao pedir a mala da minha colega apenas para colocar no quarto o mesmo do café flagrei descendo correndo e me seguindo para saber o que eu ia fazer, ao chegar no quarto recebi a ligação que ”acompanhante” teria que passar na recepção antes. Fiquei muito bravo, pois não estava hospedando ninguém, apenas guardando a mala e iríamos cumprir uma agenda de visitas na cidade. A mesma possuía reserva no mesmo hotel, só que após as 14h que ela podia dar entrada. Achei uma falta de respeito, preparo e insinuação que a minha colega grávida seria uma espécie de ”acompanhante” minha. Despreparo, despreparo e uma situação constrangedora. Uma rede forte, porém vendida com funcionários mal preparados.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, all of them were happy to go the extra mile for you whatever the request, in perfect English no less. The facilities were great, although the pool area could get a little crowded on busier days. The rooms were very spacious, the air conditioning was extremely good, although the decor was a little dated. Room service food wasn't great but when is it ever? A great location, right across the road from what felt like one of the safer areas on the beachfront.

Location and Access – The hotel is on a prime ocean front position separated from the Praia de Iracema by a busy road. Nearby are many similar high-rise hotels and residences. There are only very limited shopping, restaurant and bar choices within close walking distance. The nearest supermarkets are a 10 to 15-minute walk. Fortaleza centre is 25 to 30 minute walk. Airport is 25 minutes by car – but allow extra time due to a major highway construction project. Close to the Beira Mar with some interesting places and amazing street art. Uber can get you to most places safely and cheaply Google Earth – The hotel can be seen on Street View Architectural Style – A brutal high rise 23 storey building clad in blocks of smoked glass and black and white ceramic tiles I am going to divert from my usual review format as there are issues that have been raised by other commentators on TA which need a response and I think that the hotel management may be in the process of taking action to address these points Staffing and Hospitality – My first hurdle. I don’t speak any Portuguese. Before arrival email enquiries were responded to quickly, professionally and in English. Check in and Check out on 2 occasions went very smoothly and any requests dealt with satisfactorily including storage of luggage during a side trip to Brasilia. Door and security staff were always very welcoming. Housekeeping – invisible but excellent with room and public areas perfectly clean. Restaurant staff equally hospitable with the egg chef even taking time (as well as cooking) to write on guests’ egg orders “Tenha um bom dia – Luana!” Restaurant – Breakfast – Part of my stay coincided with Carnaval weekend when the hotel was full. During those few days the buffet breakfast was very busy and free tables were difficult to find. Despite this the buffet was always well stocked. Comments have been made in other reviews about the contents of the breakfast buffet. I have to say I found the variety and quantity of the international and local specialities on offer more than adequate and combined with eggs, omelettes and tapioca dishes cooked to order was more than sufficient to satisfy any appetite. I had dinner only once during my stay mainly due to the limited menu choice and prices higher than in other restaurants Public Areas – There is a small manicured garden at the entrance and a covered area with seating. The double height reception area looks to have undergone a recent renovation and you would hope to be a sign of things to come. On the ground floor is a well equipped Gym. On floor “J” (first floor) a small pool area, jacuzzi, sauna, play and games rooms. The whole of this area looking very tired and by the time of my departure the pool, jacuzzi and sauna had been demolished and were due to be replaced over a 45 day period 4 lifts serve all floors and I never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive. A hotel that surprised us well organized clean and comfortable , towel exchange , bed clothes , and room cleaning every day . Breakfast well served as well as lunch and dinner. Only the shower that should be exchanged

The hotel needs some repairs ,is very old furniture, but it is very well located, is next to the edge, near the fish market, near the artisanal ferment that is insignificantly huge , The hotel has a restaurant Coco Bambu the beach with a view and a wonderful vibe, all rooms with sea view are spacious and clean. Breakfast is simple but tasty, I had no chance to eat the restaurant's food. Taxis and Uber are easy all the time.

It is a 105-room hotel very nice, very clean Although there are currently some areas in repair, these places are not occupied. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and is very comfortable. The restaurant, though simple food, is very accessible at its price.

We stayed at the Vila Galé in Fortaleza this summer. We were looking for a hotel close to the beaches and the city, and with a good affordable price. Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience. It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs. This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. My final grade is 4 stars. Very good hotel !!!

I have been loyal to that hotel 3 times in a row. But my last experience, during the pandemie was HORRIBLE. A CUT OF AC FOR 3 1/2 HOURS, WITHOUT WARNING, TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE. Nobody told me this; I asked why, I got reasons all as fanciful as each other!THE TRUTH, BEFORE LEAVING. If you can t afford to look like a 5 stars hotel, don t pretend it with the rate! The cherry on the cake was a morning, because everything was so old-in terms of food, to find some eggs of cockroach eggs in corn flakes- i do have substantial proofs, pixs, videos, & more.... The owner Fernando had the audacity to talk to me nicely about the situation-not to eat french fires in order to have clients satisfied- EXCUSE ME, it's normal! it's not a favor(maybe Brasil, not anywhere else, travel Dear!) I paid, and got expulsed, because too demanding????- in a middle of a pandemic!!, to satisfy the little ego and unprofessionalism of that owner who makes you think he is rich-quite the opposite!.... (He didn t speak english well, -not his fault, but that s ok.) His action was almost criminal. To expel people in the middle of a pandemic in a dirty, unprofessional way, who pay a 5 star (but in fact, it is only 1 and a half star) and who have asked for explanations.

We spent beautiful days at the hotel My second time there and I want to come back soon. Nothing to complain thank you for all the receptivity of staff care to clean the environment, everything very perfect

Not a very good hotel. The bed was terrible, the check-in took forever, the corridors do not have an elevator button to go up so if you want to go to the roof top, where the pool is located you must get inside the lift and hope that it is going up before it goes down. The towels were in bad conditions. One night we were tired and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, a mistake. We ordered hamburgers. The bread and the meat pads were disintegrating, falling apart, it had no taste and was also over cooked. One the good side the breakfast was nice. There was a senior gentleman, that seamed to be in charge who was very nice to everyone and looking after details. Also, the front desk agent during check-out was very nice too. She offered to look after our bags and called the restaurant to make sure they would let us in since it was a little before opening time and we were leaving very early.

Hotel well located, next to the shopping Cariri, not 10 minutes walking. Aside has also a bakery with a good restaurant per kg. Different breakfast with 3 types of juice, many frites, tapioca, mexed egg, cucuz. IBIS Standard room with good air conditioning (Juazeiro is very hot) Functional staff very sympathetic and gentle. A convenient parking in the same free building. Finally, excellent accommodation option in the city

Localização privilegiada com restaurantes, bares e uma praça ao redor. Destaque para os funcionários Gilberto e Samuel. O mini museu de fósseis e geologia conta a história dos geoparques e é uma atração a parte do hotel! Decoração primorosa! Apto e banheiro amplos com cama confortável e chuveiros de qualidde.

Limpeza impecável, café da manhã farto, atendimento incrível, mirante com linda vista do pôr do sol, área de lazer super bem equipada e localização excelente. Fizeram até uma decoração especial de cortesia para meus pais q completavam bodas! Amei e super recomendo!

Pousada localizada na rua principal, a uma curta caminhada da badalação e da praia, mas distante o suficiente para ser bem silenciosa. Excelente local! Tudo extremamente limpo e organizado. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Ar condicionado, wi-fi no quarto (funciona médio) e frigobar. O ponto alto é o café da manhã. Várias opções na mesa, tudo fresquinho e gostoso. O melhor são as tapiocas feitas na hora por moças sorridentes e muito agradáveis. Adoramos.
