"I had a great stay at this hotel in Darwin. The property is very welcoming, and the room I stayed in was particularly large and spacious, perfect for both short and long stays. It features a small balcony, which is great for getting some fresh air and relaxing, as well as a fridge, kettle, and a practical kitchenette with cupboards, which is very handy if you want to be self-sufficient.
The continental breakfast is included and offers a good variety. Plus, you can request a full English breakfast if you prefer something more substantial. Another definite plus is the staff, who were always very friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's location is convenient: you can reach Darwin Waterfront, one of the city's most beautiful and lively areas, in about a 15-minute walk. It's perfect for a stroll, a meal, or relaxing by the sea. There's also a large supermarket nearby, which is very useful for buying groceries or other items during your stay.

"After driving all the way from Uluru and Kings Canyon to Alice Springs, we found this town to be relatively well-equipped with diverse amenities. There's a wide selection of supermarkets and restaurants, making it an excellent spot for resupplying during a long road trip and a crucial rest stop. This hotel was clean and hygienic, with large windows offering sky views. Our triple room had plenty of space to move around, making for a comfortable stay. "The hotel service was excellent, and the location was good. The breakfast offered a decent variety of choices. The hotel manager even followed up afterward to ask about our stay, which was a nice touch. Although the facilities are a bit older overall, the hotel still felt very welcoming and the bedding was comfortable. Opening the balcony door revealed a large grassy area and the pool. Highly recommend!"

Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests.
for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests."

"Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season.
The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness.
Hotel restaurant food expensive unless gambling and apparently would have great discount.
Room service was good and value for money.
Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights .
Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically .."

You can also use the cooking space to self-cater if you bring your own ingredients and equipment; I saw many guests who had driven there doing just that.
And above all, the observation deck here is uncrowded and highly recommended! We didn't have great weather during our optional tour and missed the sunrise, so the next day we woke up early, went to this observation deck, and were rewarded with a beautiful blue sky view of Uluru.
Since Uluru trips primarily involve sunrise/sunset tours and trekking, and you won't be spending much time in your room, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to save on accommodation costs.🤗"

"Stayed here with friends this time, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right within the resort area, making it very convenient to get everywhere. All the facilities were top-notch; both the pool and the restaurant were unique. The front desk service was warm and efficient, always ready to help. All in all, this was an exceptionally good stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Stayed for a week and had a pretty good experience! Parking at the hotel entrance was convenient and free. Right outside is a grassy park, and the harbor bay is just a short walk away. From the hotel window, you can see playground facilities, which kept the kids entertained for a while. It's also very close to the center, just a 10-minute walk to Coles supermarket and that other green-logo supermarket. The crocodile park is also within walking distance. Just be careful of the local Indigenous people there – keep your distance!"

"I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again."

Since Uluru trips primarily involve sunrise/sunset tours and trekking, and you won't be spending much time in your room, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to save on accommodation costs.🤗

Very convenient location just a short walk into Alice Springs town. I walked to Anzac Hill Lookout. Olive Pink Botanic Garden is about a 5-minute walk away. It was also easy to drive to Larapinta Drive and the routes to the gorges and waterholes of the West MacDonnell Ranges. Handy to restaurants in the immediate area. I would highly recommend Tali in the Lassetters Casino complex.
I stayed 4 nights before heading to Uluru area and another night on my return. Unfortunately, both rooms were not clean. In fact, the crumpled pillows suggested the pillow cases had not been changed. In the first room, there were ***** hairs in the sheets and the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were also not properly cleaned. In the second room, which smellt strongly of disinfectant, while the sheets and pillow cases appeared freshly changed, the duvet/bedspread/quilt had evidently not been washed/cleaned for a while and many hairs fell out of it onto the sheets when it was folded back. Yuck! The rooms could do with refurbishing.
I found it a bot odd that despite the many signs advising guests to lock doors and hide valuables - and that the hotel could not be responsible for thefts - the outside sliding screen door of each unit could not be locked from the outside (I confirmed this with reception).
If you can overlook the cleanliness issues, this hotel is a convenient base to explore Alice Springs and the West Macs.

If you arrive outside the reception hours of 8 to 5 you will have to go to the H on Mitchell Street to check in. I didn’t get the text because apparently trip.com had given them some random number, definitely not mine. Other than that, it’s very noisy on a Friday night so make sure you have your earplugs, I messaged them about a couple of things (the kettle didn’t turn itself off after it boiled, there was no hot water coming out of the sink tap), bed was comfortable, location was good.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and reasonably clean. The entire resort is a small area built in the middle of the desert, so you can't expect a super 5-star experience, but it has everything you need and the facilities are complete. I'd say it's on par with some four-star hotels in China. It's inevitable to have some small insects in this kind of location, fewer in winter, but I did find a bee in the room and successfully fought it off, which is a normal occurrence. The service was good, with a 24-hour front desk, and they were very helpful and attentive in answering all sorts of questions. The two best restaurants in the resort are located within Desert Garden, so the biggest advantage of staying here is the convenience for dining.

Guest UserPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserSuperior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.
