Location is super great of within 1 min walk from the train station. The room is clean and tidy!! However, no toothbrush or toothpaste will be provided. Water will leak from the bathing area when having shower :( so frustrated when you tried ur best to keep clean of the toilet

3 mins walk to train station. Nearby got shopping mall and grocery store. Spacious room. Bathroom a bit old style however the plus point is having heater inside the bathroom. Everything is perfecto except a snoring roommate. I booked 2 nights at this hostel. The location is just 10mins from Salzburg main (train) station. Facilities were clean & their staffs were friendly. The common areas were cozy and the atmosphere made it easy to meet other travelers. The only downside was my snoring roomate whom I found out he was at the wrong bed. The 1st night he started to snore from 10pm to 4am, non stop. The 2nd night from 1am till morning 🙄 His snoring made the rest of us a bit hard to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea.

The location is good for me, as it is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the main train and bus terminal. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and access transportation without any hassle. The area surrounding the hotel is vibrant, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The room itself was decent, offering a comfortable stay. However, the only downside was the lack of a table in the room, which would have been useful for working or dining.

The room was amazing and spacious. Unfortunately the room with Mountain View were limited hence unable to book for that room. Anyway, the staff were friendly and it serves great breakfast. The distance to the nearest train station is somewhat on the down side as there were little to no street lights went walking back from the train station. Overall, I would say it’s a pleasant experience staying in this hotel and will consider again for my next trip.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the central train station and bus station which is convenient if you are travelling to other places for example, Konigssee and Hallstatt. It is a bit further from the main attractions of Salzburg, around 15 minutes walk. There is no door for the shower and there is a see through glass between the bedroom and shower, not too private if you are travelling with someone else. Shower and toilet are separated. There is an electronic blinds available outside the window, which keep a bit privacy from the room to the outside. Drinking water is only available on the ground floor outside the reception. Reception is helpful but compared to my previously experience, doesn’t feel very welcoming. There are restaurants and a 24-hours kiosk store around the hotel.

Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided the clear parking instruction by letting me know there will be free parking on the street during the weekend. I requested a connected room and they provided me what I wanted. The heating system for towel in the bathroom is a plus. However, the light in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if it is brighter.

A cup in the room was not cleaned properly but room service changed the dirty cups and more coffee and tea and a 1ltr glass bottle of water the next day. Soundproofing is not so good. We got the room next to the lifts and we could hear people outside very loudly. A safety locker for keeping your important things. The TV you can reach to the back for HDMI but no casting your mobile for YouTube and stuff. Chromecast won't work with their wifi.

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful. There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip. The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table. They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good. The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note..

This hotel is suitable for families with children. The accommodation is clean and has a separate parking lot for convenience.

Far from the lake, can't see the lake. Many tour groups. Few breakfast varieties and average service. The room is big enough. But it doesn't support two adults and two children. You need to book two rooms.

Villa alma is the best accommodation for a trip to St. Gilgen. This accommodation is very clean, stylish and well-managed .There is an outdoor space where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Wolfgang River, where you can enjoy a dry sauna. The dock to get to SchafbergBahn is within walking distance and very convenient for sightseeing. The delicious breakfast was also provided, so I had a happy time.
