what a disappointment for Hilton chain - coming for 2nd time with high expectation. But it was poor from the start at reception , room, service and breakfast. Poor services, even told at reception that the room was not clean and missed basics like towel, etc. Worst is if you inform the management and nothing happens. Thanks

I had a good stay . The hotel is clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The outdoor pool was great, especially with it being right on the beach—perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was a bit small, though. Breakfast was decent, but I wish they had more vegetarian options. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to be by the beach.

Affordable, with private beach, next to the industrial area. There is no suitable Chinese-style restaurant nearby, the breakfast is average and the Arabic taste. The sea beaches are superb.

Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, many Pakistanis are very friendly to Chinese people, so we basically tipped Facilities: The hotel room facilities feel old, and the roof leaked in the afternoon, probably because of long-term exposure to the sun Service: Because I was traveling with my family, I emailed in advance to express my needs, and the hotel made arrangements in advance, which I was quite satisfied with Environment: The environment is beautiful, the house on the hillside has a Mediterranean style, you can spend 2-3 days in the hotel, the hotel has yoga and volleyball teaching

The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.

The hotel is large and has complete facilities. Half of it is sea water and half is mountain. It is a hotel between the mountain and the sea. Don't worry about the flavor. The breakfast is also delicious. The service attitude is also very good. Recommended

The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

It was a great experience, and the kids screamed. It took an hour to drive from downtown Dubai, and the road was very easy to walk. As soon as we got off the car, there were enthusiastic staff members coming forward. All of their staff members are sincere to the guests, responsive to requests, and want you to have a pleasant experience there. The room type is very good and large, especially the bathroom is luxurious. The sofa bed will be laid out for the children to sleep at night, and the sofa bed can also sleep two people. The snacks sent in the afternoon are also very beautiful and delicious, and there are good night chocolates. The swimming pool is heated, and the children soaked in the swimming pool to watch the small animals coming and going. Bicycles are provided free of charge, and the corresponding models are matched to the children. There are really many animals and they are very harmonious. I watched the owl show, which was great and will let everyone experience it. The sunset in the desert is super beautiful. We went to ride camels again early in the morning, and the staff was also super nice. We had dinner in the restaurant where we had breakfast. It is said that the one in the countryside will taste better. I think I will definitely stay here for two days if I have the opportunity in the future.
