The day we checked in was our fifth day in New Zealand. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel because I thought the pictures were average when I booked it. But when I arrived, I was very surprised and surprised. This hotel is very new and very clean. I really like its style and design. The front desk was also very nice. Knowing that we were tourists, they gave us a bottle of delicious milk. If I have the opportunity to come to Texville again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I like it very much~
The boss is very good, the service is warm, help us with our luggage, help us solve the various problems we encounter.
The location is also very good, there is a supermarket gas station nearby, there is a bus stop at the door, it is also close to the university and the city center, and the transportation is convenient.
The room is no different from the picture, very clean, with all facilities, cooking is very convenient, cleaning is also very timely.
And the first day of Christmas because we were afraid we had nowhere to buy water and sent local drinks and milk.
Very recommended!
Room was a 3*** at best. Poor internet, only 6 tv channels and no streaming options, no tea towel or proper dishwasher cloth, only 1 towel for 3 beds. So we had to get a lot sorted once we arrived which was a pain.
Great we could park right at our door. Fairly quiet area and no odours or mould and was clean. Comfortable bed with electric blankets which was appreciated.
Wasn’t as cute as the website suggested but not expensive so can’t complain. Next time we’d stay in Lake Tekapo as Twizel was disappointing.
There are snow-capped mountains outside the window, and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel facilities are very good, exceeding expectations. It is very convenient to climb Mount Cook!
But there is very little food in this place, and there is no supermarket. It is best to bring some cooked food and bread and fruit with you.
But please note that if the cooked food has a strong smell, you may be charged extra
Very cozy stay and with friendly owner, room very big and room is very warm.
Just only the water tap is separate hot and cold , it not convenience in cold weather.
But the rest is ok for me , will come back again
The room decoration is very new, there is a row of bungalows at the door, facing the small garden is a two-story building. The bed was very comfortable. It is the best decoration motel we live in. The only downside is that there is a strange smell in the room, whether it is the decoration or what, I almost suffocated in the bathroom at night. It is recommended that the landlord ventilate and deodorize more. Opposite is ashburton domain Park, a big children's playground, children love it. kmart comprehensive shopping mall, new world, countdown supermarket are very close.
The location is next to the road, so there will be noise at night when cars pass by quickly and the houses here are generally not soundproofed. But if the room is near the parking lot, maybe it can be improved. Everything else is perfect, because there is a living room and an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a single bed and one with a double bed), a separate bathroom with dry and wet areas, and a hair dryer, which is a great deal
It was almost the most unexpected surprise of my trip to New Zealand. It was my first time staying in a motel. It was surprisingly clean. It had two bedrooms, which was basically the standard of a homestay. Parking was very convenient at the door. Check-in and check-out were based on trust. I met the boss, who was a very nice person. I regretted not staying here for two more days. It was my favorite hotel on this trip.
There is no scenery nearby, it is very life-like. It takes about half an hour to drive to the lake to soak in the hot springs. Overall, it is very cost-effective.

DDragan S**Comfortable Stay with Great Service**
I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserThe motel is owned by a Chinese owner. The rooms are fully equipped with cooking facilities. The rooms are clean and the showers are large. The soundproofing is very good and the accommodation is very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, right next to the Botanical Garden and only 3 minutes' drive from the main shopping district. Recommended!
TTomFraenkNice stay in Christchurch. Two nights in the motel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Big advance - the shuttle service from/to the airport with just a few minutes drive. Very good service and availability by call. Room with a big space, very clean. The furniture wasn‘t new, but well maintained and quite clean. It needs around 30 minutes with the bus to the city Center. No convenient stores or shopes close by.
CcallmebycharGreat cozy room. Spacious ensuite. Love the body length mirrors. Just wish I had a window I could open rather than a sliding door that looks out to the street! and the Cleaners should come a little later in the day for those who like a sleep in.
圣圣代千层雪This is a Chinese-owned motel located in the heart of Riccarton, next to the Chinese supermarket, about 4-5 kilometers from the center of Christchurch. We live in a two-bedroom apartment. The facilities and equipment are a bit dated, but they are still in normal use. The upper and lower floors of the room, each with a bedroom and bathroom, can be used for cooking, which is suitable for a family. The price is relatively satisfactory. Suitable for self-driving friends.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at a motel so I was a bit nervous, but they were very accommodating to my early check-in and the room was very clean.
There was also a laundry room, which was helpful for a long stay.
GGuest UserThe V motel is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping mall and grocery store and a 15-minute drive to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean and very well-equipped. It has all the things that a business traveller needs, except for an iron and ironing board. The bed is comfortable and the towels and linings are clean. The Sony TV is large with Youtube and Netflix. It even provides some cereals and bananas, milk and yogurt for breakfast or snacks. The internet is fast and instructions, passwords are clear and easy to follow. Lastly, the price is fair and very affordable. I highly recommend this motel and would come back to it the next time.
RRONGThe one-room, one-room room has a large living room, which can be used for cooking, with tableware and kitchenware. Convenient, McDonald's and KFC are at the door, and the park is behind. Very nice town. The room was clean and much better than the average motel.
MM_PorschaWe stopped there for one night. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was super comfy. bedsheets, bathroom, towels were all clean. Handwash, soap, hairdryer were provided. Plenty of hot water to enjoy a nice shower.
There was a small kitchenette with everything in it if you want to cook something. A bar fridge, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, kitchen utensils, and microwave were all avail. There was also a nice table with 2 chairs and 2 couch where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your meal.
Parking facility on the spot. Free WiFi. Close to the town centre. We would highly recommend this place.
