I'd give it 3.5/5 but the rating system does not allow it, and am being generous. The hotel seems to have been around for some time already and it is slowly delapidating. It is not in a bad shape, but parts of it could benefit from a facelift. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom style is oldish but it is perfectly usable. They do housekeeping only if requested, which is a smart move. Who really needs daily cleaning in their room? Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a quite good restaurant attached to the hotel, and it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Complimentary continental breakfast is included in the room price, and you can exchange money to items on the menu. Continental breakfast has the usual bread, butter and marmalades with fresh baguette and coffee/tea. They have also (watered down) soup to go with bread.

Probably one of the swishest gaffs on the island. Decent buffet breakfast...nicely appointed rooms...quiet and away from everything. Shame the lagoon is so polluted (not (exclusively) this hotel's fault to be fair) that no one can swim in it. Good Sports bar.

Although I don't have my own exclusive beach, but I have a small cottage garden house, it is very comfortable to live in, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is a single point and OK, it belongs to a nice location in Port Vila, not far from the airport, almost 2000 kW. Next to the Holiday Inn, the environment is very quiet.

The hotel has a private beach, free sailing and other sea activities The hotel is quite big. We brought it from the front desk to the cottage by car. It takes about ten minutes to walk. The service is great, the breakfast is ok, there are a lot of fresh fruits, you can eat enough Just to go out, if you are not driving yourself, you have to take a taxi. It ’s more expensive to take a taxi from this hotel. Other places in the city are 1000 watts. This hotel is almost 2000 watts. It's better to drive by yourself, but driving here is more casual. If you are not an old driver, please consider carefully!

Overall it feels good. The hotel is on the edge of the lagoon and the view is very good. The service staff is very friendly. The room is relatively large, but ants have been seen by the door on the wall. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the city center from the hotel.

We stayed at 5 different Resorts in Port Vila Vanuatu and this was by far our favourite! Immediately when arriving in the lobby you will be wowed, the location and resort is incredible. The staff are so friendly and the food is fantastic. There are so many on-site facilities and water equipment to take advantage of and the Lagoon is a great place to swim or even take a boat ride through. We didn't want to leave, this place is definitely a little haven and wr are 100% staying here next time we're back in Poet Vila. Thank you Warwick Le Lagoon, you are SUPERB to say the least, love how much the people here really value the guests. You feel appreciated and welcome here and it's great 👍 😁

There is no possibility that they will noisy other people's consciousness. I heard someone talking loudly until 3 o'clock in the evening, and it was very noisy outside at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is not suitable for travelers who like to sleep quietly at night. There is also a poor hotel service. There is a guest reception room downstairs in the hotel for check-in and check-out matters. It says that there will be reception from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and call for service the rest of the time. As a result, I did not check in at 4 o'clock in the evening, there was no one in the reception room, the door was locked, and no one answered the service phone, so I could not contact Ctrip to solve it. The hotel called me until a quarter past five in the evening, saying that someone was there and I could check in. Checked out in the morning and asked the receptionist.
