Without a travel consultant, I think I might miss this hotel. However, it was a great discovery! Everything in this small hotel was flawless. We spent two nights in the Siam Presidential Room here, big, clean and romantic. The enthusiastic hosts, and all the staff, were friendly (sometimes elsewhere you feel the enthusiasm was deliberately made). The food provided by Butlers restaurant was delicious too. It was a small and fine hotel and we will remember it for a long time afterwards. We have a long way back to England but a good break gives us energy and makes sure we get there as soon as possible.

Actually we couldn't get to Ucluelet because of wildfire road closures and needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights. Accom in the area was tight because of the wildfire but they offered us a suite in their sister property half a kilometer up the road and we couldn't have been happier. The gated development has a communal seating area outside with sunbeds, seats, barbecues and a firepit. The views are supurb with sea views from the lounge area and bedroom in our suite(no 5) inside it is very well equipped with everything you are likely to need. Staff are friendly and attentive, all in all a great stay with nice memories. Thank you QBOS, the only reason I don't give a 5 is that a safe would have been hood, most people travel with passports, cash, cards, even jewellery but to be fair not many places have had a safe on this trip
