I drove there with friends from Shenyang and waited for a long time. Mingyue Zen Temple is located at No. 18 Gucheng Street, Tiaobinshan City, Tieling City, Liaoning Province. It is a Buddhist holy place in the northern Liaoning region and a national 3A-level scenic spot; Opening hours: 8:00-17:00 Tickets for the scenic spot: 5 yuan/person Transportation: self-driving, taxi, long-distance bus Tour highlights: There is a large pond for releasing animals in front of the Mingyue Temple, with three white jade arch bridges built on the pond. On one side of the arch bridge is Jiatianxia Square, and on the other side is the Mingyue Temple located on high steps. It is a great place to take photos. Entering Mingyue Temple from the Unrivaled Dharma Gate, you will find the Mountain Gate Hall, Heavenly King Hall, Main Hall, Ksitigarbha Hall, Patriarch Hall, Galan Hall, Dharma Hall, Five Contemplation Hall (Vegetarian Hall), Buddha Chanting Hall, Buddhist Sculpture Museum and other antique buildings that are tall and magnificent, and splendid. These halls are tightly surrounded by various pine, cypress, walnut, lilac and other trees in the temple. At the back door of the Zen temple, there is a nine-story Thousand Buddhas Colored Glaze Pagoda, the largest Buddhist pagoda in northern Liaoning. 🌆 Tiaobingshan Tiaobingshan is a city with a long history. As early as 7,000 years ago, our ancestors thrived here, leaving clear traces of the Hongshan culture. It is said that over 800 years ago, the Jurchen marshal Wushu trained his troops here, deploying and disciplining soldiers, and leading his army to the Central Plains. Hence, the city was named Tiaobingshan.
