The temperature control in the guest room is new and easy to use, and if you don't know how to use it, you can ask the staff and they will come to your room and explain how to use it. Of course, they also speak English. The location is good for traveling and the room condition is okay. The service was generally good, but one employee ruined my mood from the morning. I requested the carrier delivery service and left it at the counter, but when I asked them to take it out for a moment because there was something else I needed to put in the carrier, they made a fuss. I've been to many hotels, but this is the first time I've seen someone talk like that.
