The train passes through several times a day, and before it passes, residents and tourists can see it from just a few meters away. 👀

Tracks of Thrill: Hanoi's Heartbeat on Train Street
The Hanoi’s Train Street offers an electrifying blend of everyday life and rail travel. As the train barrels through the narrow alley, locals and tourists alike scramble to the side, feeling the rush of air and vibrations. Moments later, the street comes back to life with vendors, children playing, and the city’s vibrant pulse. It’s pure Hanoi in motion. It was very relaxing.

TRIP TO HANOI CITY
Just got back from an amazing trip to Hanoi! Megaworld was full of energy and modern vibes. We enjoyed some incredible coffee, soaking in the local culture, and watching the trains pass through Train Street was unforgettable! Plus, I found great deals on plane tickets through trip.com—definitely worth it! Every moment was rich with stories and experiences I'll always cherish.

hanoi train street
Hanoi Train Street is another landmark where tourists like to take pictures. There are many cafes on both sides of the road.
The day we went was a Saturday evening. The train came around 17.30-17.40. Tourists would reserve a table to sit and watch the train pass by.
In the evening and early evening, the lights are very beautiful.

Hanoi Train Street
#FuriTabi #HanoiTourism #TrainStreet
About a 10-minute walk from Hanoi Old Quarter. You can go to Train Street, a spot you can't miss when you come to Hanoi. If you try to enter from the railroad crossing, a security guard will stop you, but if you talk to the cafe staff, they will let you in. If you spend time at the cafe, you can experience a train coming at just the right time and passing by close by. It's very impressive. It's a great spot to take photos, not only when the train is coming, but even if it's not.
A recommended spot.

Hanoi's Train Street is soothing with a nostalgic atmosphere
A train passing between houses lit by lanterns was a strange experience that you can't see in Japan!❤️🔥
📍Hanoi Train Street
Please note that there are only two trains a day⚠️
➀3:30pm
➁7:30pm
Note 1. The entrance is currently blocked, so you need to be guided through the back door by a shop staff member to enter.
You basically have to wait to be called out to, or call out to someone who seems to be a shop staff member yourself.
Note 2. Once inside, there are only tourists, so if you come alone, you may feel a little left out. 👉🏻Participant👩
But this is overseas!! !! !! It would be a waste to worry about what other people think!! !! !! !!
So I asked a foreigner nearby in broken English to take a photo 📷✨
You should definitely go there at least once! 😌

Probably the most exciting street in Hanoi!
#100WaysOfTravel
Train street, a must see of Hanoi, was a highlight of a trip.
For those who don't know, the name of the street is accurate. A few times a day the street turns from a collection of bars, in to an active railway track with a train passing through inches from all the people.
We were told that the train was coming through at 7.30pm, so headed down early to get a good spot. Maybe too early. Train street is filled with bars and cafes, with stools and tables lining the track. Although the street is popular any time of day, when the train isn't scheduled the bar owners are very active in trying to get you to frequent their bar.
We picked a small cafe halfway down the track and settled on a trackside table. These locations are great to people watch and with all the passing street vendors, are also a good location to shop for souvenirs!
Nearer the scheduled train time the street gets incredibly busy and mist bars become full. 5 minutes prior to the trains arrival a siren goes off. Tables too close to the track are removed and then everyone gets ready for the main event.
Sure enough, the next thing to be heard is the blaring horn of the train as it pulls through the street. A mix of excitement and fear appears on everyone's face as the train passes within touching distance and the sound and vibration of the engine passes through you.
and just like that, after the train has passed, the street returns to normal!
There is talk of the street being shut down due to safety concerns, so if you're in Hanoi, I'd definitely recommend a visit while you still can.#hanoi #vietnam #trainstreethanoi

Street Food in Hanoi 🇻🇳
A rainy night in Hanoi.
Food is great, this is a must if you planning to stop by at Hanoi.
As a solo traveller, I always look up for a group tour/joiner to save penny. I am a foodie but such a waste if you buy a whole portion, you will meet a lot of travellers too. #nature #hanoi##foodie #vietnam

As I strolled along Hanoi's infamous Train Street, I felt my heart race with excitement! This quirky attraction, where trains zoom past vibrant shops and cafes, is a thrill-seeker's paradise. I reveled in the electric atmosphere, snapping photos and sipping coffee mere inches from the tracks. The street's infectious energy, fueled by locals and tourists alike, left me beaming with joy. With the train's arrival, my grin grew wider. Train Street's unique blend of danger and delight makes for an unforgettable experience. Hanoi Train Street
Hanoi is famous for its' train street where train comes across a little street. But actually it's more than that.
The street is filled with amazingly decorated cafes that welcomes tourists from everywhere. Also there are some walking gift shops too.
We chose this one place to have dinner while waiting for the train. It was so good because the food was just simple noodles but the taste was shockingly delicious.
When the train came, everyone was standing and shouting. I didn't expect much but actually I shouted too. Because it was much bigger than i thought. Overall it's a fantastic experience.

Hanoi Train Street
Phung Hung Railway Street has a long history, formed during the French colonial period, reflecting a part of the history of Hanoi's urban development. This railway runs through Phung Hung Street, creating a unique space where people's daily lives take place right next to the railway. This is not only a prominent feature in the urban landscape but also a testament to the resilience and adaptability of Hanoians to the challenges of life
The daily fixed train schedule has 3 fixed trips at 11:30am, 3:00pm and 9:00pm. There are many other train schedules, with more trains on weekends.
No entrance fee, but if you have to drink in the shop, the staff will lead you in. Sit comfortably for a while
