I visited the charming Hanok cafe 'Hoyang Holim' in Yangnim-dong. This Hanok cafe in the city center has high ceilings and large windows, giving it a very open and beautiful atmosphere. The seating is available in both table and floor styles, and there are benches in the yard. They offer freshly roasted coffee every day and also sell coffee beans. The cafe offers a variety of fusion traditional desserts such as Gaeseong Juak, Hangari Bingsu, and Injeolmi Waffles. I highly recommend Hoyang Holim Hanok Cafe for its diverse fusion desserts and delicious drinks. A new seafood restaurant, Bada Super Seafood Heaven Grilled Shellfish, has opened in Gwangju Geumho District. The store is really spacious and the seafood in the aquarium outside is really fresh. The menu has various menus such as steamed shellfish, grilled shellfish, and lobster. I ordered the soup shellfish stew with beef shabu-shabu :) The basic side dishes are also neatly served, and the soup tteokbokki with tofu kimchi and cheese is also served! The cheese stretches out and it's really delicious!! The soup shellfish stew is served. It's filled with a variety of seafood such as shellfish, abalone, scallops, clams, octopus, squid, shrimp, octopus, crab, etc. And cheese is also served so you can dip it. After adding Bada Super's secret broth that has been boiled with 10 years of know-how and 24 ingredients, they prepare it so that it's easy to eat. The octopus was once boiled and then cleaned and eaten, and it was really chewy and delicious. As expected of steamed clams, there were a variety of seafood, so it was fun to choose. Cafe Dopi located in Dong-gu, Gwangju is a hot spot in the city. It's so popular that there's no seat available on weekends, but there were still quite a few people during weekday afternoons. The interior design is vintage yet modern, making it a perfect spot for taking Instagram-worthy photos. Their special menu item is the donut, and although I wanted to try all the different flavors, I only picked two since I came after lunch. The taste was beyond my expectations, especially when paired with coffee. Jeju Island clean raw meat, the nostalgic pork cutlet Brown Pork Cutlet has opened in Gwangju Suwan!! There are a variety of menus including pork cutlet, hamburger steak, curry, udon, buckwheat, iced Hongshi and star candy that are good for dessert. When you order all menus, soup, bread, strawberry jam, soup, pickles, and radish kimchi are provided as standard. Soft Hongsu Cheese Pork Cutlet and chewy sirloin are served together, and the cheese is really rich and light and comes out like a flood, so it stretches out!! Since the pork cutlet is fried, it might be greasy, but it is not greasy at all! The sirloin was soft and had no porky smell at all, and it was delicious! The amount of one menu is so generous that it seems like 2 people can eat it. It is so generous!! Ilmi Hanwoo, a famous restaurant in Duam-dong, Gwangju, located near Munhwa Elementary School!! First, the basic side dishes are neatly presented, and they are delicious. I visited Seven Bricks Hotel near Gwangju Sangmu District. It was newly built, so the bedding and towels were really clean, and the interior was really neat and stylish, so it was really nice. And it was nice that they even provided a styler. When I traveled to Vietnam before, I really missed Vietnamese food. I visited Emoi Chungjang, a famous Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant :) Bulgogi rice noodles had a lot of meat and were really soft, melting in your mouth. And you could taste the rich flavor of the broth, so it was light and delicious. I ate Banh Xeo, which I remember eating so deliciously in Vietnam. You just dip thin rice paper in lettuce soaked in sweat, and roll it up with Banh Xeo pancakes with meat and vegetables, and it made me remember Vietnam so vividly😆 Then Bun Cha came out, which came with rice noodles, grilled pork, salad, and Cha Giao together😀 Cha Giao is also called Vietnamese dumplings, and it has various vegetables, noodles, and meat inside. I dipped it in sour Nuoc Mam sauce, and although it was fried, it wasn't greasy at all and was delicious. The grilled pork didn't have any porky smell and was soft. I visited On A Break, a large new cafe in Gwangju with a view of Hwangryong River:) 1st floor parking lot & staircase 2nd floor counter & cafe 3rd floor cafe 4th floor rooftop You can go up to the 2nd floor by elevator or stairs to order. The interior of the 1st floor is green and the view through the large windows is great. There is even a pretty photo zone on one side, so you can take pretty pictures. The 2nd floor is a restaurant with a view because the chairs are placed by the windows so that you can look out at the Hwangryong River. I've been to many exhibitions, but this one was really, really great because of the spaces that used light and the traditional-style exhibitions! I recommend it for an indoor date on a cold day :)
