Youyang Ancient City (Youyang County, Chongqing).

Youzhou Ancient City is located in the Taohuayuan Scenic Area in Youyang County, Chongqing. The 1.3 km long ethnic street is named Wuling Ancient State, now known as Youyang Ancient City. It mainly uses Tujia and Miao culture as a carrier, integrating Tujia and Miao architecture and folk customs. It is a window for tourists to appreciate the Tujia and Miao culture in southeastern Chongqing and taste the folk culture in southeastern Chongqing. The ancient city is composed of a 1300-meter-long ethnic street, named Wuling Ancient State, now known as Youyang Ancient City. It is built against the mountain and is a "museum" that displays Tujia architecture, history, folk customs, and culture. Youzhou Ancient City mainly uses Tujia and Miao culture as a carrier, integrating Tujia and Miao architecture and folk customs. It is a window for tourists to appreciate the Tujia and Miao culture in Wuling Mountain and taste the folk culture in southeastern Chongqing. Walking on the mottled stone street at the south gate of the ancient city, the tall and majestic city tower comes into view. The city tower has flying eaves and flags flying, and the green bricks and green tiles are magnificent against the blue sky and white clouds. The newly built Bade Wang Temple, Tusi City, Xiqin Guild Hall, Baishou Hall, Guanyin Pavilion, Youyang Palace, Yamen, Kaopeng, Academy, Tujia Nuo Opera Building, Weaver Girl Building and other original stilted buildings have become a window for tourists at home and abroad to appreciate the long-standing Tujia culture and rich folk customs in Youyang.
