Baoding Taihang Water Town, a fruitful trip

Baoding One-Day Tour|||📍Yixian Adventure Setting off early in the morning, I headed to Yixian in Baoding to start my one-day adventure. I heard that Xishihu Waterfall is a bit hard to find and requires taking a small path to reach, which filled me with anticipation and a sense of challenge. Upon entering the scenic area, I carefully followed the stone path, afraid of missing any beautiful scenery. As expected, the waterfall was not on the main road but hidden at the end of a quiet trail. When I finally saw the spectacular waterfall, all my fatigue vanished. At noon, I found a spot for a wild mountain barbecue and enjoyed a delicious picnic. Sitting by the river, listening to the gurgling water, and eating food I grilled myself, the feeling was fantastic! However, with the current fire prevention situation being severe, everyone must be cautious when camping and barbecuing. In the afternoon, I arrived at Taihang Water Town. The small shops here were dazzling, and I had a great time browsing. The steamed cake at the entrance was particularly memorable, costing only 10 yuan per serving, affordable yet authentic in taste. I also experienced the fun of boating; the large boat can accommodate about 8 people, and the price is reasonable, at 120 yuan for a pleasant boating experience. Overall, this one-day tour in Baoding was very rewarding. Whether it was exploring Xishihu Waterfall, camping and barbecuing, or strolling through Taihang Water Town, I truly enjoyed the fun of traveling.
