🍰Today, I went for an afternoon tea with my bestie. It's rare to have some me-time, so of course, we chose a restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious food to enjoy! 'Café 100' was just perfect for us. The restaurant is located on top of the Elements Mall at Sky 100, which is the tallest landmark in Hong Kong, offering a 360-degree panoramic view that broadens the horizon and relaxes the mind. 🍧We chose the 'Café 100 Japanese-style Afternoon Tea'. The tea set includes a total of 4 desserts and 4 savory items. ✅Uji Green Tea and Red Bean Puff The puff pastry is crispy, and the green tea cream is rich and fragrant, with plenty of filling - every bite is satisfying. ✅Japanese Roasted Tea Pudding with Strawberry Crispy Rice The roasted tea flavor is rich, and when eaten with the crispy rice, the combination of smooth and crunchy textures is special. ✅Aomori Apple and White Peach Cake The combination of apple and white peach in the cake is quite unique, giving a refreshing feeling. ✅English Scones with Strawberry Jam and Whipped Cream A must-have for High Tea, the scones are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and taste amazing with whipped cream. ✅Japanese 'Ramen-style' Pork and Corn Mini Bread with Soy Egg Yolk Sauce The combination of pork, corn, and soy egg yolk sauce offers a rich flavor. ✅Cherry Blossom Marinated Smoked Salmon Crepe with Seaweed Powder The crepe is filled with the savory taste of smoked salmon, enhanced with seaweed powder, and is very delicious. ✅Grilled Miso Eggplant Cheese Tart The tart base is crispy, and the combination of eggplant and semi-melted cheese is quite special. ✅Fried Fish Balls with Japanese Curry Sauce The fried fish balls are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the curry sauce is very appetizing. 🥂With the endless view of Hong Kong and the chance to take lots of photos with my bestie, while enjoying delicious food and tea, I'm really happy and satisfied.
