✈️ 🚕 Getting There - Book your ticket to Bali’s Denpasar Airport then take a taxi to your hotel in Canggu. The taxi should cost approximately 250.000 IDR. If you have internet, you can avoid getting conned by airport taxis and download Grab and Gojek, these are ride hailing services that operate in Bali. You’re guaranteed to get the best price there. 🏝 Attractions - Rice fields, Yoga, Surfing, Bars and Live Music. Unlike Kuta, Canggu provides a lot of nature. It is much quieter, but still lively. My favorite bar in Canggu is X Bar, they have great bands, I especially liked D Uncle cause they are very friendly and they sound great. If you’re not a pro surfer, book a surf lesson from one of the surf guides on the beach. See if you’re any good 😃 🏨 Hotels - I recommend choosing small boutique hotels over world known brands here. It is very lovely and much cozier. I stayed in a small pretty place called Sekoleko Guest House and it was really, really nice because of its location overlooking the rice fields. 🍲 Food & Restaurants - There are plenty of decent restaurants near the beach, you can also walk into hotel and pay for a hotel buffet and eat until you’re too full. 🛍 Shopping - Canggu is a great place for shopping, buying surf gear or cute outfits. There are many shops located towards Eco Beach as well you can check out.
