Singapore Heritage Trail

#thingstodo in Singapore when you are bored. Going around to learn the history of Singapore by following heritage trail. Amoy Hotel is part of it. While walking around Tanjong Pagar towards Raffles Place, I found this building that looks like temple but it is not. It's actually hotel with a good catch. They preserve the history of Singapore where the area is used to be trade place. This space is also open for public. Mind your step when you enter the gate. It doesn't feel like hotel at all, with cosy and unique vibe as if you are in chinatown museum. Minimalist interior that bring you towards 'zen', calming & peaceful environment. Lift is hidden somewhere. For different, unique experience, I'd definitely want to have #staycation here. 😄
