The Suzhou food trip was better than expected.

The first stop of the weekend trip to Suzhou for dinner, I chose a well-established hotel restaurant Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake Hotel - Wanlixuan Chinese Restaurant. The environment is quiet and elegant, and the service is very considerate! The taste of the dishes even exceeded expectations! 🏅️Gold Medal Braised Pork It looks like a pagoda, smells meaty and tastes tender and smooth. It really is a perfect meal! It is most appropriate to describe it as "fat but not greasy, melts in your mouth"! Osmanthus lily blooms My favorite dish of the night! It has a beautiful shape, and is a fusion of osmanthus and lily. It is sweet and sticky, and feels nourishing and delicious! 🐟Grilled river eel with garlic and rock sugar The river eel has a mellow and rich flavor, is sweet and soft, and makes you salivate just by looking at it. Some friends also use the soup to mix with rice, which really makes the best use of it! In the end, only one CD was left to express our love for it! 🥩Zhou's Black Truffle and Beef Rice A very ceremonial staple food! As soon as it was served on the table, I could smell the aroma of black truffle, it was so tempting! The combination of Wagyu and beef is so delicious that even someone like me who doesn’t like carbs can’t help but become a foodie! So fragrant!
