Hiking up Telok Blangah Hill Park

Telok Blangah Hill Park is one of the parks located in the southern part of Singapore. Here, it is a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and take in nature as it is. Expect many steps and slopes to conquer as you climb up. You may stumble upon other attractions along the way, such as the Alkaff Mansion which is a cafe housed in a colonial style building and gardens such as the stream and therapeutic gardens. My favourite part will be the Terrace garden. As its name implies, there are layers of garden terraces which will become a sea of bougainvillea flower fields during spring or flowering season, which can get very pretty and make great photoshoot opportunities. Unfortunately, the terraces are in the process of landscaping, hence they are barren. Nevertheless, you will get rewarded with a panoramic view of Singapore from the top. Hopefully, the flowers can be restored back to their former glory for visitors to enjoy! #mustdo
