The only place in Singapore that has 3* michelin cuisine, cost $580++ per person but have exclusive experience. You can see them doing mise-en-place, preparing food for you. They even cater to your personal dietary/request. Before coming in, you should ring the bell. Someone from inside will then open the door and escort you to your seat. After you finish one meal at level 1 then you will be escorted to level 2. And last is at level 3. Here serve modern Japanese Western fine dining.
