How beautiful is the trending Xujiahui Academy, really?

The Xujiahui Academy, adjacent to the Xujiahui Cathedral and the Meteorological Museum, was designed by the British architectural master David Chipperfield, with the interior completed by the renowned architectural designer Yu Ting's team. The Xujiahui Academy is a phenomenal internet-famous library and a new landmark of Shanghai-style culture. The basilica-style atrium of the academy runs through four floors of the building. At the end of the atrium stands a crystal-clear 3D printed archway, inspired by the 'Gate of Enlightenment' from Tushanwan's Chinese arch in China. This arch was built in 1912, carved by 60 orphans from the Tushanwan Orphanage in Shanghai, and won the highest award - the Grand Prize Medal - at the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco, USA. Closed on Mondays, the green space outside the door is also filled with people.
