Samarkand, the magnificent city shining on the ancient Silk Road.

❤️Oh my god, I envy myself for having been to Samarkand. The first sight I saw in Samarkand was Registan Square, which stunned me completely. It was so shocking that there could be such beautiful architecture in the world. 📸If you have time, it is recommended to stay in Samarkand for at least two days! After traveling thousands of kilometers to get here, how can you just take a glance and leave? At least feel the charm of this dazzling city and wander in the blue ocean of buildings. · 📩Samarkand Day Tour Itinerary: 💌Guri Amir - Bibi-Khanym Mosque - Hazrat Khizr Mosque - Shah-i-Zinda - Afrasiyab Settlement - Registan · 🔸Guri-Emil Mausoleum: Admission fee 30,000 soms. On Timur's tombstone it was written, "The person who opens this tomb will be defeated by someone more terrible than me." In 1941, the Soviets opened Timur's tomb, and the next day, Hitler launched an attack on the Soviet Union. What a miraculous prophecy. · 🔹Bibi-Khanym Mosque: Admission fee of 30,000 som. The Bibi Heybat Mosque once collapsed in an earthquake, and now it has been rebuilt and restored on the original site. · 🔶Xia Yisinda: I checked in at the high place of Shakhristan in summer, looking at the nearby tombstones and the distant snow-capped mountains. The scenery around Samarkand must be beautiful. · 🔷Registan: Tickets cost 50,000 som. This is a solemn and slanted academy of Confucianism, where you can see the blue mosaic brick buildings with intricate and beautiful floral decorations, which is really hard not to love. The domes, spires, majestic and magnificent Timurid architecture are fully displayed in Registan, no wonder Alexander once said: "Everything I heard about Samarkand is true, except that it is more beautiful than I imagined." · ♥️Believe me, if you see Samarkand with your own eyes, you will definitely feel very happy.
