Hotel service 💆 This hotel is mostly visited by Korean families with children, so sometimes the staff will greet you in Korean~ But it has to be said that the service here is quite thoughtful and can solve problems promptly. Hotel rules ⚠️ This hotel is non-smoking 🚭. If caught, a fine of $500 will be imposed! Hotels will give guests room cards and a small booklet that looks like a passport. This booklet is your pass to Kensington, and you need it to enter the swimming pool, restaurants, and some free amusement facilities. So it's best to carry it with you at all times. Hotel restaurant 🍣 When staying at this hotel, breakfast and lunch are included. We upgraded our room this time, so we had three meals. The hotel has four restaurants: a stylish buffet restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, an outdoor BBQ, and a Japanese restaurant. Finally, let me share my personal experience. Due to the hotel's location being in the north, reservations are required for Japanese cuisine 🍣 and BBQ in advance. I didn't know about this, so I didn't make a reservation and ended up going to the Japanese cuisine 🍣 restaurant one night, only to find out that there were no available tables. As a result, there weren't many restaurants near the hotel, so I had to take a taxi to a farther place to eat.
