Before setting off, I saw countless pictures of Bromo online. I thought that having seen so many pictures, I would feel nothing inside. I assumed it would seem quite ordinary. Unexpectedly, the moment I saw the sunrise, I was still astounded. Closer is Batok, next to it is the Bromo crater, and behind is the 'burping' Semeru. At sunrise, you first see the nearby Batok, resembling a huge matcha cake. Next to it is the desolate and spectacular Bromo crater, with the morning light creating layers on the mountain. You can also see the small villages on the cliffs and the sea of clouds. At a loss for words, I can only say 'It's so beautiful!!!' Bromo travel tips: 2:00 AM, depart in a jeep. 4:00 AM, arrive at the foot of the mountain. 4:20 AM, reach the viewing platform to wait for the sunrise. 5:20 AM, sunrise. 7:00 AM, descend the mountain, take a jeep to the crater. There will be a stop on the plains where you can take great jeep photos. Then walk to the crater. By around 9:00 AM, you can finish the entire trip. It's recommended to wear bright clothes, otherwise, it's too dark to see people.
