Hokkaido Hidden Hot Spring Hotel: Hakodate Onuma Tsuruga Resort EPUY My favorite hot spring hotel with breakfast and dinner this year is Tsuruga Resort EPUY, located next to Onuma Park in Hakodate. I stayed at Tsuruga's Mori no Uta in Jozankei before, and the experience was very average, even unsatisfactory. So I didn't have high expectations for Tsuruga in Onuma, but it turned out to be surprisingly satisfying. First of all, I must praise the service. The old man at the front desk didn't speak English, so he communicated with us using a translator, but it was very smooth, and you could feel the sincerity in his service. There is a private hot spring in the room, so you can enjoy the hot spring at any time. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome pudding in the fridge. The hotel's food was also excellent.
