Excellent yet affordable Milanese restaurants

I could sense that the chef wanted customers to not only savor and experience the ingredients but also to pair them with other healthy ingredients. Definitely a Michelin-starred restaurant. The plating, taste, and overall impression of the dishes were perfect; even the bread was delicious. The wine pairing was also superb; each item was carefully selected to match and enhance the flavors of the dishes. My favorite dish was the rabbit, followed by the crab padta. A wide selection of desserts and excellent service. Our waiter was very attentive, discussing the dishes and wines with us. I thoroughly enjoyed his company throughout the evening, explaining the dishes to us. The restaurant's atmosphere is perfect for enjoying fine food and wine.
