I visited Lingshui and a friend took me to this local seafood restaurant that's been around for 24 years. The place is huge, a renovated courtyard, and dining here is pure enjoyment. They have their own seafood tanks, so everything is fresh and cooked to order. The steaming method perfectly preserves the flavor, and since it's made fresh, the meat is firm and springy. ✔️Boiled Jiwei Shrimp 🦐: These shrimp are seriously huge, and the boiling gives them a surprisingly sweet taste. The dipping sauce is amazing!! ✔️Spicy Crab: The spicy stir-fry is perfect for younger palates. The crab meat is plump, sweet, and totally addictive.
