Shuhe Ancient Town, a unique tranquility.

Shuhe Ancient Town is the only one of Lijiang's three ancient towns that I haven't visited. As soon as I arrived, I felt a sense of tranquility. It's not as small as Baisha, nor as noisy and bustling as Lijiang Ancient Town. It feels just right. The ancient town is actually quite large, and it takes several hours to explore it all. I visited some of the main streets, and there weren't that many people. This feeling is really great. Because of the Tea Horse Road, many horse-drawn carriages for tourists pass by, and the manure smells a bit. Overall, it's still a very photogenic place.
