A moment like discovering a secret garden hidden in the mountains

Kaindy Lake was the most mysterious place during my trip to Kazakhstan. The lake, reached after a mountain trail, was much more serene than I had imagined, and the straight tree trunks rising above the emerald waters created a magical atmosphere. It is said to be a submerged lake formed by a natural disaster, and it was astonishing to see how such traces could be so beautiful. Standing by the lakeside, you can see the trees submerged deep in the water, and depending on the angle of the light, the lake's color shifts from green to blue, captivating you for a long time. Unlike just seeing it in photos, encountering it in person revealed a much more majestic and delicate landscape, making it the most memorable moment of the trip. The fact that it wasn't crowded allowed for a quiet enjoyment of nature. It's a great spot to visit along with light trekking, so if you're planning a trip to southern Kazakhstan, it's definitely worth adding to your itinerary.
