Hangzhou Jiande Daci Rock, a great place for leisure hiking!

Daci Rock, known as the first hanging temple in Jiangnan, has a temple half embedded in the rock and half suspended in the air. This is similar to the Hanging Temple in Hengshan, Shanxi, making people marvel at this unique architecture. The tour route is relatively simple and can be completed in half a day. There is a cable car option to go up the mountain, or you can hike up, with a low difficulty level. You cannot climb further up once you reach the temple halfway up the mountain. Next to the temple is a thousand-year-old ginkgo tree. Turning left here leads to the glass walkway and the downhill slide, while turning right leads to the Double-faced Buddha. It is recommended to visit the Double-faced Buddha first and then return to the glass walkway and slide. Both are separately charged items. If you choose not to visit them, you can hike down the mountain. There is a bus at the scenic area entrance that goes directly to Jiande High-speed Railway Station, but the frequency is low. The best time to visit is in autumn when the ginkgo leaves cover the ground, making for great photos! In short, Daci Rock is a niche hiking destination and a great place for climbing and praying for blessings!
