Traditional Smoked Duck VS Crispy Fried Duck

Love the crispy duck in Ubud during my last trip and decided to check out another popular Bebek place. A more serene venue as you enjoy your meal while overlooking the lush rice paddies fields. Their signature is the Traditional Smoked Duck (IDR145k), drenched in Balinese betutu sauce which is a heady mix of spices. Though I’ll go for the Crispy Fried Duck (IDR105k). Marinated in a savory blend of secret spices, it is deep fried for a crispy finish. Compliments with steamed rice, satay, urap (a coconut and string bean salad) and spicy sambal.
