#hongkongtrip This small café occupies a major place just before the Star Ferry ticket gates and quickly became regular on our visits to Tsim Sha Tsui. Although the seats are slim, there are a few seats on the way to the ferry which is a nice place to sit and watch all the coming and going. The coffee is good and the staff are friendly, definitely worth a visit! We found this cafe by chance and it was a godsend. Strong flat white (latte should have been ordered) using fresh milk; great flavor and strength. We accidentally left $40 cash on a table and it was returned to us when we got back!!! Great honesty I went here last year Arabica had their first store in Discovery Bay, then they moved to TST Ferry. Since then, Star has been in Star Ferry and more joints have been opened at Insta locations like Quarry Bay, Kennedy Town and One vs PMQ. The menu offers a good choice of coffee. For coffee, you can choose plain milk, almonds, soy, or oat milk. I ate Americanoat milk which is obviously very bitter because it is made by diluting the espresso so it is a nice wake-up for your day. Sparkling lemonade was refreshing because it was made from fresh lemons without any artificial taste. I appreciate the way it is sweetened a little bit. I will definitely check out the new branch near PMQ and hope to see other branches pop up.
