A great place for leisure~ Wander aimlessly around the island on the North and South Ring Road, and stop wherever you want to spend half a day, it's very comfortable~ Especially love the sunset at Changjiang'ao🌄 and the beach at Tannan Bay~ You can stay at Tannan Bay for a whole day without getting bored^ I prefer watching the sunset while driving around the ring road at Changjiang'ao. As the scenery changes, the sunset clouds also change with time, and it's really beautiful! Especially the sudden view of the pink and purple twilight at the corner, it's as beautiful as a fairy tale. Jing Sha is also nice, going down for a walk and if someone skilled takes photos, it can be very picturesque. 68 Sea Miles requires a ticket, but it's okay to go for a walk. Beigang Village has many people who like the stone house architecture, which is a local feature of Beigang. You can see the sunrise in Beigang, but I've heard people say you can see the sunset 'but I really didn't see the sunset' and the place I stayed in Beigang faced the sea with a 3-story terrace, and I really couldn't see the sunset. Both the North and South lines have their own characteristics, and slowing down makes it feel more comfortable. I see some people say that Pingtan can be done in 2 days, but that's just skimming through the sights, one after another, and it's possible to tour that way. But it really lacks feeling~ Slowing down in Pingtan, I think, is better. I feel that even 5 days in Pingtan could be extended by another two days. I went in mid-May and could still chase the 'tears'~ (However, be careful when chasing the 'tears', it's really dark by the sea at night, and there are occasional trip hazards like stones or objects on the beach that you can't see because of the darkness, and it's easy to fall) If you've never been to Pingtan, it's really worth a visit. The locals in Beigang say that in July, the sky is the same color as the sea~ I imagine that must also be very beautiful.
