National Heritage Punch-in: Dayi Liu Manor (National Level IV)

Dayi Liu Manor, located in Anren Ancient Town, which is now the Liu Manor Museum, is the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection units, an important modern historical site and representative architecture, from the Qing Dynasty. The manor was established in the late Qing Dynasty by the bureaucrat and landlord Liu Wencai and his brothers, consisting of five mansions and one ancestral home built in succession. The layout and architectural style of the manor reflect the history of the formation and development of the Liu family's estate, representing a successful combination of traditional Chinese inland architectural techniques and Western architectural styles in modern history. The manor ticket is 40 yuan, which allows visiting all three spots. There is a two yuan discount for tickets purchased one day in advance. During the Qingming Festival holiday, there are a lot of tourists. Among them, a set of seven nanmu chairs is said to be the throne of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom's king, extremely precious, and probably the treasure of the museum.
