Consider the slower approach in Japan

if you're spending more time in quieter cities or country towns, consider renting a bicycle and exploring, rather than taking the public transport around, you'll see way more things! During my short stay in Beppu, Oita, i rented an electric bicycle to traverse the hilly terrain. It was a good experience and the weather was perfect for a bit of exploring. #beppu
