The restaurant is on the first floor of the Huange Hotel, serving as both the hotel's daytime restaurant and a community-friendly eatery. The shadow puppet wall decorations, panda-themed paintings, green plants, red lampshades, and a wall with a leather wine box background give the restaurant a modern vibe. The diverse wine selection, professional wine tools, and BYOB-friendly policy make this a new hotspot for wine lovers. The dishes are a fusion of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. Baoshan's pickles are made with apple puree, giving them a milder flavor. The Sichuan-style cold cuts platter features cured meats from Ya'an, Sichuan. The warm yellow croaker salad is still on the hidden menu, but it can be made upon request. The yellow croaker is blanched, and the dish is topped with a sauce made from houttuynia and chive leaves. Interestingly, even those who don't like houttuynia find it delicious. The spicy crab and spicy chicken are traditional Sichuan dishes. The loofah and bamboo fungus with fish tofu and the radish and beef brisket stew are authentic Cantonese flavors. Authentic flavors, reasonable prices, a stylish environment, and a sommelier-friendly atmosphere make this a great place to relax and gather with friends. I hope more restaurants like this open!
