The National Museum of China:🏛 Records the 5,000-year journey of the Chinese civilization and cherishes the great Chinese dream of realizing national rejuvenation. Ticket: Free Time: 9:00-17:30 4. Great Hall of the People:🈹️ Is a towering obelisk that commemorates the valiant heroes of the Chinese Revolution. 5. Flag raising and lowering ceremonies at sunrise and sunset: 🛎 Be aware that these ceremonies are incredibly popular with domestic Chinese tourists, and it is often difficult to secure a good position for viewing the ceremony. Foreigner = Movie Star🌟 Some of these tourists are from distant rural areas and may rarely see non-Asian faces in their hometown, so be prepared for some of them to take photos of you or ask you to take photos with them. 2. Making a reservation for Tiananmen Square is the best way to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable experience. You ensure access to the square and its attractions. (Limited number of visitors) and Avoid the long lines and waiting times. 3. Accessibility Information:♿️ Wheelchair users can easily enter and explore the square. 4. How to Get There:🗺 Located at the very center of downtown Beijing, Tiananmen Square can be reached on Subway line 1 via Tiananmen East and Tiananmen West stations. 5. Guided tours:🎧 Guided tours can be arranged through travel agencies or on-site, and provide a knowledgeable guide to help you navigate the area and learn about its history and significance. If you are a foreigner like me, I will suggest taking a tour. The tours are not that expensive, and usually, they are compiled with the forbidden city. 1. Skip the hustle of arranging the ticket through the chinese apps. 2. Skip the line of the normal tickets. (Amazing for public holidays or a weekend).
