“Hibari Cafe” Kumamoto Prefecture, Aso City I stopped by during a drive through Aso 🚗 A cafe nestled in the countryside with a stunning view of the Aso Five Peaks ¨̮♡ I’ve found another favorite spot in Aso 🌭 ✤ Hibari Dog ✤ Asojin Cider The homemade sausages made at “Hibari Kobo” on the same premises are crafted with original spices and pure Aso spring water. They are gold-medal-winning masterpieces from a German meat processing contest! ✨️ On top of that, a special meat sauce simmered with Aka-ushi beef and Aso-grown tomato ketchup. It was so delicious! ❣️ I could have easily eaten two more. The display case inside the shop was adorable 🌭 The peaceful rural scenery was just perfect 🌾 I want to go back again ︎☺︎ Definitely make a stop here during your Aso drive!
