Climb two hillsides to see the Heavenly Lake of Changbai Mountain

After watching many videos about the cuisine and local customs of Northeast China, I want to take my children to see Changbai Mountain, to try the authentic Northeastern Chinese food at Erdaohe, and to experience the folk customs of the Korean ethnicity. We took a flight to Changchun Airport and then a bus to Changbai Mountain. We rested for one night and spent the next day sightseeing. We chose the southern route, which is said to have the best scenery, but it also requires good physical strength. Two hillsides need to be climbed, and smaller children were mostly carried up by their fathers. Children in the 2nd or 3rd grade had no problems. The weather was clear, cool, and cloudless, perfect for taking photos. The Heavenly Lake and waterfalls are all along the route, with no altitude sickness. The prices on the mountain were also acceptable. The Northeastern cuisine was indeed delicious and served in large portions.
