Location wise, it is very central and strategic. You can reach here via Indriver or Grab. The food stalls are amazing, they have everything! From meat to seafood, to lots of desserts. Albeit almost every restaurant is crowded, the waiting time is short. Prices are very reasonable too. Shopping is relatively good too, prices are comparable with Platinum mall pricing. They have lots of artsy crafty stalls there too. Their drink and chill area is the highlight.
